NO MORE EMPTY PROMISES
The Kyoto Protocol was adopted in Kyoto, Japan, on 11 December 1997.
It entered into force on 16 February 2005
Eight years have been wasted. Eight years have been utilized to turn good ideas upside down and deliver the very opposite. From tool of recovery become tool of unprecedented speed of destruction in the name of science and unity with nature.
All the charts go up and nothing happens, except for the next promises, pledges, conferences, meetups, and scientific discussions. The world leaders' meetings aim the eyes on to savers meeting in DAVOS.
Two years earlier, in 1995 introduced the UNITED NATIONS the COP, CONFERENCE OF PARTIES to be the leading force in a battle against evil.
The only result (except for papers) was the annual COP CIRCUS in which every year more and more money is wasted to deliver nothing except promises, same like on all the other events.
The biggest issue is not the existence of COP or the other events, but the fact that ZERO of the promises are binding. This is the main reason why none deliver more than the next promise.
It is the same as for the strikes, which deliver just the next strike
Transparent discussions behind closed doors are accessible just for a few, with carefully preselected output.
The next decade was wasted in favor of few
The rich become richer. the powerful become dictators and water become just INDEX on the NEW YORK EXCHANGE.
I have a solution, simple and effective
Let us control if promises have been fulfilled. Let us political promises and the promises of world leaders make binding and the people who deliver those accountable for their words.
Let us ask the same responsibility every single worker and cleaning lady has.
DO YOUR WORK AND DELIVER RESULTS FOR WHICH YOU WERE HIRED OR ELECTED. DO IT AND GET PAID.
PROMISE IS NOT RESULT
DO YOUR WORK WITHOUT DELIVERING THE RESULTS THAT YOU PROMISE TO DELIVER. YOU WILL NOT GET A PAYCHECK, YOU LOSE YOUR POSITION AND YOU WILL BE ASKED TO COVER THE LOSSES YOUR BEHAVIOR CAUSE.
Simple strategy. Nothing new, just every day applied policy for roles filled with HUMAN RESOURCES.

Every promise has to reflect the length of term and must be divided into “CORES” and controlled in the “CORE TASK MANAGEMENT” board.
