One year after starting the entrepreneurship career, a fast-growing number of projects results in the need for company setup. On October 22nd, 2014 the IBCSD LAB s.r.o. — INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CENTER OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT has been registered and I took the position of CEO and majority stakeholder.
I specialize myself in the new business development, mainly in the field of INDUSTRIAL WASTE PREVENTION, I developed INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING, the only existing systematic waste prevention tool applicable for industries, design and develop efficient packaging. Created the E-MOTION movement and continue to realize projects related to my logistics background. On December 1st, 2015 I introduced INDUSTRY 5.0 principles and since then I dedicate my time to design, development, and implementation of INDUSTRY 5.0 in real business environment delivering the first industrial evolution ever lead by man (HUMAN) to the world of business.
Since 06. 2013 acting as independent professional responsible for projects related to the efficiency of logistics operations in the scale of the Global Supply Chain environment. All projects and activities target the reduction of GSC's negative impact on the environment, so as to increase profitability through efficiency improvement.
I do aim the packaging and loading efficiency including the Development of Efficient packaging units, so as the packaging and secondary utilization of products and material to reduce the waste volume and waste processing fees. Clients become GREEN and CASH RICH at the same time.
My aim is to build up the wasteless world and do utilize the generated knowledge in favor of companies and clients I am working with. “Not existing” is not a signal to stop, but an impulse to start development. I am building INDUSTRY 5.0, the only global industry which does not damage, but pro-actively protects the environment. Being the first one who names the principles, I am being considered to be the Father of INDUSTRY 5.0 and act as leader of the movement.
Since the end of 2014, I do realize projects as interim manager in the business environment of client´s sites. Factories, Warehouses, Service centers, Companies utilize my deep experience and knowledge of the business topics and processes.
Being tutor on LOGISTICS ACADEMY OSTRAVA I am specializing myself on LOGISTICS INNOVATIONS and SUSTAINABILITY workshops. I give lectures to students in schools and universities and become a public speaker on events, exhibitions not only in the Czech Republic
In my work, I target the Process efficiency, Material and information handling, Material storage, MR and Returnable packaging management, Waste and Wasting prevention, improve organizations, and economy. The rich business experience makes it possible to apply the knowledge from the very first day on every single project.
