VALUE WHAT YOU HAVE, NOT WHAT YOU GET
This sentence came to me on Saturday morning, when I woke up around 7 AM, two hours later than the days before, and I did not hear only the words, but I knew they are important.
I wait until the family members woke up, clean the dishes, make me cup of tea and want on my electric unicycle to buy the fish for lunch a have a morning E-MOTION ride. 32,6 km through the city and countryside
Beautiful start of the weekend and having the words with me, when I came back from to ride to my WorkPlace I knew two new articles would be born one for MEDIUM in English and second for my Czech blog and for the publisher.
In many of my own projects, so as a long time before I started to build the wasteless world I liked to use existing and build and create, not only visualize, but materialize my imagination.
I started as a child, the same as many, like most plain cubes and shapes and blocks of all shapes and sizes, that I use to make something new. Manuals have not been my friend. As I grow up, despite the fact I was taught manuals are necessary, I keep the ability of every child and few adults and keep building items that no one thought about or see if the components are not put together.
Almost every single company has a purchase department and buyers inside. Almost every single company has a sales department and salespeople.
But I do not know a single one, that has buyers and salespeople who buy and sell inside utilizing own on-the-ground-mines.
This must change and this is changing with INDUSTRY 5.0 implementation. Not just the buyer, but everyone starts to understand the value of existing. It is not just a plain number that you see on purchase invoice or bill, it is much more. You see the value of work already done, you feel creativity coming back to your life, a new mindset is being delivered.
