THE YEAR OF GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION
The year of transformation began with the next INDUSTRY 5.0 AWARENESS POLL. It delivers a clear image of development.
Since 2013 I am building WASTELESS WORLD, a place in which wasting time would be prevented same as the other four waste categories
The only way to deliver the result was to be a role model.
The first companies who respond to the poll are names that many know well EY, PWC, and LARSEN & TOUBRO
All of them are long-term followers of INDUSTRY 5.0, but not a single one dared to change the role from follower to leader.
But this is part of the transformation
All the companies build their business model by analyzing the past, selling reports, and calling it advisory services. All of them will have no business if nothing to analyze and this is why they have to watch closely the development because it influences their own existence and profitability.
They are not alone, because many do the same, not speaking only about the remaining members of the BIG FOUR, but companies like BOYDEN, TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES, and COGNIZANT, as organizations like WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM, EUROPEAN COMMISSION or the UNITED NATIONS do the same, this is why the biggest “result” celebrated after the 2022 COP 27 was the creation of the LOSS AND DAMAGE FUND and not the change or transformation.
Many build their own well-funded existence by shouting on the spilled milk, names that despite living only from other people's money, have free media coverage. GOVERNMENTS. GREENPEACE, NGO, NON-PROFIT organizations, THE EARTH SHOT PRIZE. Many just need to tweet and all the media stand ready to echo the wisdom or genericity of the givers who share less (in total numbers) that the unemployed share in a day for food.
TRANSFORMATION is in everyone's mouth speaking about it with such a cadency that for TRANSFORMATION is no time.
The CIRCULAR ECONOMY again fills the media, not being able to fulfill the promises delivered to industries. WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM gets slimmer with every single member and “employee” that enjoyed the benefits of the role he or she played. GRETA THUNBERG switched enviro to intellectual battles of TWITTER winning her pedestal for a few moments again. LARRY FINK´s BLACKROCK ground stones shaking
When BlackRock shakes many starts to shake including many mentioned above.
If INDUSTRY 5.0 would be the next INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION, the money will help to turn the weapons of the hired soldiers in the opposite direction, but INDUSTRY 5.0 is not and never was a REVOLUTION instead of what it was, it is and it will be the FIRST INDUSTRIAL EVOLUTION EVER LED BY MAN (HUMAN) and not by the technology and this is the second reason for the bigger and bigger trembling of the GIANT´s hands.
No money needs to be spent on purchasing new products or solutions. No money needs to be spent on analytics. No bribes are needed to approve WASTE PREVENTION because not a single HUMAN in the world would be requested by politicians, government members, world leaders, or influencers TO WASTE because he or she will lose their face and credibility at the very same moment they will request nations to waste.
These lines are written on January 1, 2023, the NEW YEAR is just 10 hours old and already it is different. Instead of SNOW, Sunshine. Instead of frost, +16°C, Instead of sleeping birds start to sing, and flowers start to bloom in the middle of WINTER.
The ongoing and permanent change represents NATURE, so as INDUSTRY 5.0 this is why reports and plans are not as important as the results.
The change in standards will become the new standard in 2023, valuing agility more than rigidity and change more than a rigid approach.
Not the market demand, but real market needs will start the cure of broken systems built on MORE as the only criteria of success.
I started the year 2023 the same as I ended the year 2022 with WORK in m office and with the ride on my Electric Unicycle which so many said 9 years ago, is nothing for “the old” over 50 years of age.
