THE TITLE
Shaking hands and smiles for the cameras may be written in the WORK DESCRIPTION of the rich and powerful ones, of the bosses who consume in a day more than hundreds and thousands for whom they fight.
They have good reason to smile
The TITLE is a voucher for every VIP launch, for every breakfast, dinner, and lunch, accommodation, transport, and much more
In the eight years of writing my blog I use the term “TITLE” once in the name of a chapter, it was in 2020
I wrote about the name of INDUSTRY 5.0 which many make to a title that sells well.

For many years I changed the titles on my business cards as well as I developed and grow in my professional career as an employee and most of the time manager, but when I started my own entrepreneur journey I realized that not of the titleS expressed who I am and since that moment there is only one description on my business card
and you find it on my LINKEDIN profile and many posters introducing my role as a speaker
What I would like to see soon is the end of titles, lets's stop using them, let titles become a matter of the past
When we do so
We would be closer to NATURE
To the great ROLE MODEL and TEACHER who without having academic titles teaches everyone to live. Without having engineering titles, let bumblebees and many others fly. Without having Medicine education can heal and do much more.

How reflects the proposal to eliminate the titles LINKEDIN?
More than 1,000 people watched the poll, many voted and some leave their comments. One asked me when I will drop the title INDUSTRY 5.0 FOUNDER.
I explained that the reason for using it is the protection of INDUSTRY 5.0 against misuse and misinterpretation which is so common, that I have to keep showing the owner of the term IP rights, being the first to use it with the specification of the content. I will drop it immediately at the moment when all people and businesses know why INDUSTRY 5.0 was created and what it represents.
The second comment brings us to libraries, where we identify the books by title. What will we do, if all books are titles? We will pick one and open it to learn what is inside to judge if we spend time with it or not and the same will happen in life without titles. We will not just scratch the surface but go inside to learn more, and this is the next GAME CHANGER that INDUSTRY 5.0 introduce.
How difficult will be the change? How expensive? These questions resonate as well and the answer in fact can be found in the library

2 minutes time, zero cost, and during the change, I was able to take the dust down from some books I was given as presents, but never read because after opening them, the content was not what the title described.
Exactly this, is the biggest fear of those who try to cover the existence of INDUSTRY 5.0 origin and principles. The possibility of immediate realization with no or very little cost and the simultaneous possibility to clean up the waste swiped and stored for so long under the carpet.
