THE SECOND STEP
It is so cool to be on a strike
It is so cool and refreshing to wake-up
It is so cool to get a new function and role
but
it is so hard to make the second step
This is why so many do not do it because it is better to wait for the great feeling that comes with the first step instead.
First Step. First Step. First Step…
Not to feel bad, we name every FIRST STEP with a different name or direction
One direction disappears leaving four or five behind rich in experience and cash.
The first step was so sweet that we dedicate money and time to informing about it. First investor, First Unicorn, First Trillionaire, First Carbon sucking machine, first INDUSTRY 5.0 AWARD
The second step is far away, and not as important as the first one
Every single day media like FINEXTRA, FORBES, and FINMAG delivers the latest news about the FIRST ONES. In the schoolbooks usually, only the first ones are listed the same as on the tables and charts dedicated to WINNERS only.
- In Sport FIRST
- In Science FIRST
- In War FIRST
Next is forgotten and rated as “NOT THE FIRST ONE”
It is an interesting development because second, third, there will not be first, but “ONLY”
In the last nine years, I saw many who did the first step in the right direction but never did the second, not speaking about the third one.
One of the examples may be the people who asked how to be an INDUSTRY 5.0 AMBASSADOR, and after receiving the information, never come back to me.
Others wake up in workshops or webinars and instead of applying it to their own life they wait for the next one, to listen to similar
Just recently I learned about a company called BREAKTHROUGH ENERGY. I learned about them from BILL Gates´s post in which he mentioned being invited and spending a great time with the members.
Looking at the company website I realized that BILL GATES is the Founder of the company that set the goal in 2015 to change the world of the ENERGY INDUSTRY and instead of that it does for seven years the FIRST STEP again and again and again celebrating the FIRST STEP as BREAKTHROUGH, having it in the company name.
On the same post, one of the LINKEDIN members posts the following comment
“Mineral exploration company KoBold Metals, backed by Jeff Bezos & Bill Gates, has signed an agreement w Bluejay Mining (JAY.L) to search in Greenland for critical materials used in electric vehicles. KoBold will pay $15 million in exploration funding for the Disko-Nuussuaq project on Greenland’s west coast in exchange for a 51% stake in the project. Shares in BlueJay traded 26% higher on the news. KoBold is a privately-held company whose principal investors include Breakthrough Energy Ventures, backed by Microsoft. In order to be able to have the current world’s power needs to be all renewable, global ore mining would need to increase 1,000%…today’s needs…and that does not include the power to produce the new turbines, panels, blades, engines, etc.
There will be no NET-ZERO just a few trillionaires…and everyone else owning nothing and being happy.”
The same BILL GATES stock portfolio is led by the title WASTE Inc.
This shows the next reason for the absence of the SECOND STEP. It is the satisfaction with the current state.
Be Rich means buying influence and power.
Be RICHEST means BE FIRST
No matter what you will do, you will be in the media as the ROLE MODEL to follow.
There is one more advantage of being RICH, you can buy the FIRST place. You just pay and nobody will ask HOW IT COMES.
In case of the disinterest of the FIRST to sell, you just pay others to promote your name, and the LIE is called FIRST. It is easy with the unlimited budgets of the EUROPEAN COMMISSION. It is easy for PR AGENCIES turning EVIL into SAVERS. COBOTS into SOLUTIONS.
The truth is THE SECOND STEP WILL NOT COME
Why should it
when the first feels so good being at the SPOTLIGHT
THE CORE TASK OF THE DAY is
MAKE THE SECOND STEP
YOu will see the difference.
Just yesterday I recorded my discussion with NILESH KATARIA, who is, as you know the world's FIRST INDUSTRY 5.0 GLOBAL HERO. He reach this because after becoming the HERO he did not stuck in the FIRST STEP UNIVERSE but made the next step and the next one, not knowing the outcome, not knowing if it works, but knowing it is the right thing to do.
The next day after the interview or discussion his LINKEDIN network reached 5.000 followers.
