The POWER of power

For a long time, I am fascinated by the electric grid towers and poles. I am not sure where it came from, maybe my Father, electrician, lead me this way, but I do not remember we ever talked about it.

For a decade I point out the increasing risk of dependency on data and on the connection which leads to them.

In the waiting rooms of train stations, people search for the electric plug first, before looking for something to eat or drink. The second step is to find free WIFI, not a man.

Today the Philipines declare the state of power dependency on somebody else, on China, which heavily invested in a friendly manner to help.

The power grid of one country is in the hands of another one.

The switch to heat, light, kitchen, hospitals, and even the data have been handed over by people who did it because of POWER they received, claiming now they never did or know, this may happen.

The power is not in hands in armies, they are too costly, so as the weapons they need and training needed. The power is in “free” energy which is everything except for free.

At the same time, it is important to consider that in many countries the power grid contains ten and hundred of thousands of single-use pillars which have been established with one and only reason and function — to carry the wires, but is it all they can do?

Preparing one of my largest INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING projects I do apply all I learned into the improvement and correction of the situation. The fact that no similar solution exists and many say IT IS IMPOSSIBLE gave me the proof, I am on the right way.

I do believe the example of Philipines will open the eyes to people in other countries. The reason I do not speak about the opening eyes of the governments and politicians is simple, they will not, for the current situation reflects best the state they like.

The change must start with ME, not with HIM or HER
