THE POWER OF CONTINUITY
One of the strongest tools applied in INDUSTRY 5.0 ENVIRONMENT is the POWER OF TOUCH. It has many forms but HUMAN TOUCH is present in every single one.
Discussing with my GrandDad yesterday I came to one more tool. We did not speak about it, but I realized that when he started to speak about my GrandMum who pass away exactly 11 years and one day ago on September 3rd, 2011, after 64 years of wonderful marriage. GrandDad did not cry, as he explained to me a long time ago, all his tears are gone with the woman he loved so. He never expected to be 99 years young, he never expected to live without his wife, but he does, living with his daughter, my Mum instead.
The power I mention is the power of CONTINUITY
which with the POWER OF TOUCH are so strong that the strongest stone gives away a drop of water repeated again and again and again for thousands of years.
This is what the GIANTS, POLITICIANS, and WORLD LEADERS fear, the continuity of action. This is why the election time is five years, this is why all obligations and responsibilities end with the end of the election time. This is why all political promises go over this term to be able to say IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM ANYMORE.
Many readers know that many times we talked about politics, or better to say the existence of politics and politicians. Are they really needed? Do we need billions to spend on governance when no public, but private interests are the only reason for keeping the role?
CONTINUITY of action that's what delivers the goosebumps on the skin that shelter the owner from almost everything. This is why the system of political parties has been established to play a game taking the masks on and off as necessary, representing one-day RIGT and second day LEFT calling to walk direct.
But despite that fear of CONTINUITY, there is one continuity that Politicians, Decision makers, Bosses, and Managers love, this is the continuity of inaction and silence. Never-ending strikes calling for a better future. Never-ending citizens protests in pubs and in front of TV SETS. A Never-ending stream of swipes and likes on social media, the new civil disobedience, is what is celebrated. Every single strike means more time not to change the behavior. Barking dogs do no bait, say one Czech saying
For nine years already I walk in one direction, the direction of a WASTELESS WORLD that needs to be built FOR ALL. I do not sell it for money, I do not pay for its adoption I deliver results and share them with all who would like to live in this world and not on the global landfill.
ENDURANCE call it some, MARATHON RUN call it others, NEVER ENDING call it next. No matter what we call it, it is a continuity that NATURE proved is the only way in which life can exist for millions of years.
The header image shows one part of my roof garden. To be more specific I have to say that these two plants have been saved from being wasted in the garbage. I took them to the office, give them the soil and love they need, and every single day they surprised me through the continuity of their life

INDUSTRY 5.0 AMBASSADORS are representing the continuity of INDUSTRY 5.0, the continuity of the FIRST INDUSTRIAL EVOLUTION EVER LED BY MAN (HUMAN)
The name of this young man is USSI ABUU MNAMENGI and his message about INDUSTRY 5.0 and him as a HUMAN makes me proud today. With this message, he is not representing just himself, but his beautiful country TANZANIA so as AFRICA. I do remember the first day, when he was not sure, he was weak and today, one year later he is a strong independent person, who does not fear delivering in a soft voice a message that will speak to millions.
