Valuating it’s taste, low maintenance, and the price affordable to many, but not all.

Have you ever considered to compare the value of EXPENSIVE and CHEAP?

I do it frequently by the implementation of the systematic waste prevention projects in the factories, companies, and corporations of my clients. Today in the morning I woke up with the words POTATO POWER and I knew the next article has to be written and published today.

Let us see the value through different eyes

GOLD

• Expensive Extraction with significant negative environmental impact
• Expensive cleaning of every gram of material
• High cost of transportation
• High cost of processing of every gram of material
• High price

POTATOES

• Low price for growing the potatoes with positive environmental impact
• Basic cleaning
• Low transportation cost due to bulk volumes
• No need for processing
• Low price

I have never had any gold jewelry, except for my own wedding ring made from white gold. I eat potatoes at least 3–4 times a week.

Same as me there are millions.

The value is not the Value but the fact that one feeds your feelings the second one your body.

I do not need to dig into history to learn who put the PRICE TAGS on the items around us. Who did it, made a mistake and can not learn from it being dead for a long time.

Who can learn is us.

The true values are in life not in dead shiny things and items which value is set by envy. We are ready to kill for gold, but we kill ourself if we do not eat. No matter if we speak about potatoes, water, air, pears, rice. The valuable seems to lose its value, 75% of crop never reach the second stage of processing and ends up in waste, on a landfill immediately. Big share of the remaining part gets wasted during the processing.
