What do you see?
My client saw before our cooperation AND industry 5.0 IMPLEMENTATION only WASTE and COST.
For almost 3 decades, this image represents one category of waste resulting from production surplus and process setup. This waste was part of the standards which stated that up 15% of the material can be wasted during the production process.
When speaking to the architect in the US, he stated that in lumber construction 25–35% of wood waste on site is no exception, because the “parts” are being purchased in standard lengths and cut on-site to fit the needs of the construction phase.
In the processing of steel plates delivered on coils, the first 10 m of the length is automatically wasted, because this is the condition of the client.
In every factory and company waste in many forms was incorporated into the standards, including ISO and others.
The fact that there exists many “WASTE STANDARDS and REGULATIONS”, but just one “SYSTEMATIC WASTE PREVENTION STANDARD and LEGISLATION” introduced globally on September 1, 2021, indicates the power of the WASTE INDUSTRY which has its fingers everywhere.
The simple formula MORE WASTE = MORE PROFIT feed the waste industry so well that it already become a few years back the Third Most Profitable Industry in the World.
INDUSTRY 5.0 and the definition of the OTGM break the wasteful approach into pieces, taking it down by the most efficient approach, which is the WASTE PREVENTION.
What are the ON-THE-GROUND-MINES?
- PEOPLE, ANIMALS, PLANTS
- COMPANIES, ORGANIZATIONS, BUSINESSES
- INDUSTRIES, SOCIETIES, GOVERNMENTS
- BUILDINGS, FACTORIES, FIELDS
- PRODUCED PRODUCTS, SOLUTIONS, SERVICES
- POOL OF TIME AND SPACE
All that is existing and this is the KEY, which makes it so different from all other solutions or “resources” which need to be produced or developed first before we would be able to use them.
If we have the key, we need the LOCK, to which the lock will fit. This lock is the process of breaking the silos, which helps us to come closer to the only role model of INDUSTRY 5.0 which is NATURE.
The fact is that there are not many ON-THE-GOUND-MINES, but only one and it is global, accessible to all, understood by all, and utilized by all, because of silos eliminated, unity will come to shine and harmony will resonate.
The OTGM are the treasures that we have found on our way back to our roots, the biggest difference is that our forefathers do not need a new global ecosystem to understand that USING WHAT WE HAVE, is more efficient than waiting for WHAT WE CAN GET.
The header image was taken in December 2022, the same as the GIF about. But the wood in the header image is not older than a few months, but the wooden car is older than a century because it was built by my Grand-Grand-Dad for my Grand-Dad when he was a child.
In the “OLD DAYS”, the wood and many more will never become waste, just because the “owner” does not need it or have no use for it. It would be sold or offered to someone else who will use it for his or her work, or for heating, but it came last.
