THE OLD WASTE
How old are you?
I know it is not polite in many societies to ask about the age of a person, but I will do.
I will be this year FIFTY YEARS YOUNG.
And you?
The reason for asking this simple question is the official decision delivered by JUSTICE MORDECAI BROMBERG in Australia, who ruled that the young ones have the right to a better future.

Turning the majority of people into garbage and landfill turning the age into the penalty for a fruitful life.
MORDECAI, or as others call him MORDY was FOOTBALLER first, before becoming a judge, and seems to me he enjoys the game, considering that after the game there will be the end and the time to concentrate on next.
I am not a judge, I never studied law, economics, political science. I am not an academic or football player. I am not a celebrity and despite all of that I am aware that every single of my action change the world and define the future.
“The court has found that the environment minister “SUSSAN LEY” owes a duty of care to younger children, to vulnerable people, and that duty says that the minister must not act in a way that causes harm — future harm — from climate change to younger people,” he said outside court. “It is the first time in the world that such a duty of care has been recognized, especially in a common-law country.”
The federal court of Australia has found the environment minister, Sussan Ley, has a duty of care to protect young people from the climate crisis in a judgment hailed by lawyers and teenagers who brought the case as a world first.
I am just a simple man, with no diplomas and no university degree, but the first question which resonates in my head, I placed as a comment to the original article published in a post yesterday (Ma 27, 2021) on LINKEDIN was

But just a few will do, because, same as me, are not judges or lawyers or deputies.
For me the decision is a wrong one and please don´t think that I don´t want a clean future for the kids (I build a wasteless world since 2013 already), the issue in the result is hidden in the detail which made from a good one, bad one instead.
A BETTER FUTURE SHOULD NOT BE THERE JUST FOR CHILDREN, BUT ALL, NO MATTER WHICH AGE
In fact, the decision is not (as sold by THE GUARDIAN) for all cases, but it concern one COAL MINE in AUSTRALIA and one MINISTER OF ENVIRONMENT in the same state.
In the INDUSTRY 5.0 environment, we recognize four types of waste PHYSICAL-SOCIAL-URBAN-PROCESS WASTE.
The judge did, unintentionally boosts up the volumes of SOCIAL WASTE, because he pointed out that a better future is there just for YOUNG ones.
What is strange for me, that same as in many other legal cases I follow, the basic definitions are not included. This one misses in my understanding the definition of “YOUNG” and “OLD”

No function and not role should be allowed to WASTE OTHERS LIVES. The young ones should understand that they are living in houses built by those who are old today and everyone is becoming older, and not a single one younger.
I am not sure if MORDECAI considered what will happen if his “JUDGEMENT” will be in the wrong hands and would be used to “CLEAN UP THE OLD WASTE”, but I do not think I will ever learn this.
No matter what the judges say about young rights and old waste, I will continue on delivering and implementing the INDUSTRY 5.0 systematic waste prevention principles to all countries, destinations, governments, organizations, schools, cities, and villages, because EVERYONE CAN PREVENT WASTE HAPPEN NO MATTER OF AGE OR OTHER LIMITS
