THE MALLET
During the last realized factory visits and preparation for INDUSTRY 5.0 AUDIT, I found a mallet placed on one of the million EUR worth of machines and I asked for permission to take this image. As we continue the factory tour I have seen a similar image on almost every working station.
Asking why I was given the answer that a rubber mallet in the skilled hand of a technician does wonders and this is why the first lesson new technicians get is how to use the mallet and soft force to solve issues in production.
I provide feedback related to the POWER OF TOUCH that is being applied in INDUSTRY 5.0 and this was the start of the mutual cooperation with a company with 952 Factories and Production facilities all around the globe.
The true cooperation started before NDA and contract were signed. It started in the moment of understanding that the company management so as workers to whom I spoke, speak the language of efficiency that is being spoken in the INDUSTRY 5.0 environment.
The LANGUAGE OF EFFICIENCY was not registered as TRADEMARK, not a single LINGUIST, SCIENTIST or ACADEMIC spends years in research, development, or analytics and I think never will because the language is here already and was here a long time before the experts have been born.
The only issue is that the LANGUAGE has been forgotten by many who switch it to the LANGUAGE OF EXPERTS which is spoken by many but understood by few, which seems to be the purpose and aim.
The question is why has been so much time and money spent to develop languages that are understandable just to a limited number of people? Was it the fear that someone can interpret content wrongly or even steal it? Is it because if spoken in between the community, it is more efficient? Maybe it is because less understanding makes few experts.
During the factory tour, in an industry which I never visited before, I was explained all the details, but in a form that I did understand.
From ceiling to the roof
Step by step which helps me to create first images and ideas on the secondary utilization of obsolete, incomplete, ND and other products that have been produced but never sold, just wasted
The jargon or the special language was left away and I was explained every single step of the production process with simple and understandable words including the never-ending waste stream reason
In INDUSTRY 5.0 we use and utilize the LANGUAGE OF EFFICIENCY to communicate inside the network, in a way that will be understandable to all who will listen, even if they come from outside.
There is one basic principle being applied “MALLET is MALLET” HUMAN is HUMAN” “HANDS are HANDS” and so on, to explain better, in the LANGUAGE OF EFFICIENCY we do not pretend that giving a different (new) name to an existing product we get something new
MALLET is not a HARDWARE or a CORRECTIVE TOOL
The CORE TASK today does reflect and valuate the LANGUAGE OF EFFICIENCY
FIND OUT AND ELIMINATE ONE “NAME” IN YOUR VOCABULARY, THAT DOES NOT RESPECT THE RULES MENTIONED ABOVE
I hope in more and more meetings all around the globe would be used the LANGUAGE OF EFFICIENCY, I would like to recommend using the same to all POLITICIANS, WORLD LEADERS, OFFICIALS, SCIENTISTS and MANY, MANY MORE in fact it should become the universal harmonized language for interhuman communication
