When Greta Thunberg delivered her first speech about the HOUSE ON FIRE, everyone expected that she would be the first to take the hose to put the fire down.
Unfortunately, this did not happen.
One of the reasons is that if you hold with both hands a banner, you can not use your hands for anything else.
Same recognized many who let GRETA spill on them and shame them at conferences and events and accepted this because the PR of every event grow up on such a scale that was never reached before.
There is one more reason which is appreciated by those who set the house on the fire, it heats up the profits, which has been harder and harder to achieve, and prolongs the time by wasting more time instead of acting.

Not money, not fortune, not wealth will help you to deliver the change, the only that will is you, becoming the LEADER.
To do so, you have to LEAD, not talk about it.
You have to deliver RESULTS, not promises
You have to be able to TELL YOUR STORY, not hire someone to do so for you
You have to be HUMAN to resonate with HUMANS
You have to be the first, who shares your water to extinguish the fire that is so sweet to few making so many homeless and vulnerable instead.
