Why?
Because I do not want to waste the rest of the bread, I bake it with liver with just Salt and Pepper added. All done in my AIR FRYER, 17 minutes time (12+5), no waste during, no waste after.
You may say that it was not served perfectly and you are right
It can be done much nicer, with the high cuisine touch, but would it taste better? Would I be able to prepare between two meetings? In an office? Without Waste? Without kitchen?
Probably not
Am I disturbed by imperfection?
NO, I AM NOT, because the IMPERFECTION may be named CREATIVITY or CURIOSITY. When every single product is the same as the other, if all of us walk and work in uniforms, live in uniform flats, and do uniform work, why don´t we get uniform faces?
We do not get them because in nature nothing is uniform
Not two snowflakes look the same. Not two trees. Not two animals. Probably not two cells in the human or animal body or brain are the same.

Which statement is right?
Or are right both of them?
In the last 7 days, there have been celebrated two UNITED NATIONS activities presenting results. The first one was the publication of the IPPC CLIMATE REPORT 2022, the second was the signing of the PLASTIC TREATY.
I am not able to celebrate any of those because none represents a solution, in fact, it does the very opposite than it is celebrated for its WASTE TIME AND MONEY.
Both has been presented 6 months after the global launch of the WASTE PREVENTION POLICY

Nine years after the start of the construction of WASTELESS WORLD through the definition and implementation of INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING in a real business environment and despite all of that the decision-makers, circular economy experts, and many more try to pretend there is no solution existing. I started to write this article on Thursday, finish it on Friday and slept overnight in my office due to participation in two events (one starting at 22:00 CET and the second at 5:00 CET).
I have not set up an Institute and Foundation for turning into a circle in a well-funded environment by those, who do not want the change but just pretending the change.
In the last 7 days, I have for the first time heard from others that the delivery of CIRCULAR ECONOMY fail, so that the INDUSTRY 4.0 fail.
I know it for a long time, offering a helping hand that is being refused because no banknotes inside

Take an image and put it online, send it to me, share it with others, and do not hide it. Our life is full of imperfect results, but we keep showing only the few that seem to be perfect, but do we realize that if there would not be hundreds, thousands, and millions of imperfect ones, we will not be able to deliver the perfect one?
