THE GLOBAL ZERO DATA DAY
April 30, 2024, is the first day in human history on which we will celebrate the RIGHT TO DISCONNECT
Why?
Because, this right seems to be missing completely and it looks like only the RIGHT TO CONNECT is being discussed and pushed forward, not mentioning, that connection, especially in the digital world, is another term for addiction.
I introduced the GZ D DAY on April 5th, the same day the 32nd INDUSTRY 5.0 NEWSLETTER of the second edition was published.
One of the reasons was the result of the next INDUSTRY 5.0 AWARENESS POLL I started a few days before
It confirmed that life can be more meaningful if not permanent data suck the energy from its users.
We touched the topic during the latest WASTELESS WORLD TALKS as well and came to the same conclusion
Already on the day of the announcement at the beginning of April 2024, many cheers, and others say no without even knowing why.
Let me explain the reason to call THE GLOBAL ZERO DATA DAY
There are two reasons
- I would like to prove that HUMANS are still not addicted to DATA and TECHNOLOGY and can survive (when prepared) without any harm spending 24 hours without any data transaction
- I would like to prepare all for the possible black-out which will result in forced data connection loss
Both of these are the reasons why I have not chosen Saturday and Sunday, but APRIL 30, 2024 is TUESDAY.
I was asked to list what is understood as DATA related activity, so here is the list, if you see something missing, please inform me or leave comment in the comment section
- internet connection including browsing, streaming and similar
- social media presence including posting and browsing
- online TV and Radio consumption
- use of smart phone SMART FUNCTIONS
- use of any SMART device, SMART FUNCTION
- Use of EV if DATA CONNECTION necessary
- Watch TV
- Listen to RADIO
- Online shopping
- Offline shopping if payment card/technology needed
- online education
- video meetings and conferencing
- blogging. vlogging, posting
There are exceptions from the processes mentioned above
- EMERGENCY SERVICES
- DISASTER BROADCAST
This article is being published on April 7th, 2024, so every single one of us has 23 days, means 552 hours to prepare
What I expect from the GLOBAL ZERO DADA TAY?
The alarm bells sounds in the ears of all GIANTS, who use data, and especially data volumes targeted to the users to enslave HUMANS and make all DATA ADICTED.
I would like to prove that
THE GIANTS STARTED TO SHRINK ALREADY BECAUSE THE HUMANS STARTED TO GROW
The GLOBAL ZERO DATA DAY does not cost HUMANS anything and every single one who will use ZERO DATA on August 30, 2024, will have more money instead because he or she will not waste money on something we can live without.
