The Giants are Blind
In the world of business, the giants are admired.
People talk first about the company or corporate fortune, secondly about the assets, third came number of people. We do not care which industry, important is the wealth, financial wealth.
We adore them.
It is quite interesting because, in the majority of fairy tales and stories, GIANTS are the bad guys. Of course with few acceptions.
So why do we change our minds if it comes to business?
One is same.
We fear them and at the same time would like to be part of.
In my work, I deal with giants and found out that one is similar to business giants. They are blind or can hardly see what is going on. You can hardly recognize that behind expensive sunglasses and glasses. If the walk you in their own premisses every step is automatic so as every movement, delivering stories of success.
You may recognize their blindness outside, in the no known environment. They start to stumble, the speech is interrupted, and many prefer to sit, instead of walk.
Their behavior is so different, and it is one of the reasons why all of them prefer to meet you in their own kingdoms and houses made of steel and glass and gold.
GIANTS ARE BLIND
This is why they do not see whats going on. Until the right numbers are being presented in neverending excel sheets and the KPI INDICATORS are above the line, the giants are happy. When the bank account fills it is fine, no time to worry, investors secured.
There exist a cure, but the GIANT PERSONAL HELPERS and SERVANTS prefer to keep the big head sightless for it makes much more things easier.
In the past, I was invited to meet giants in the HQ situated in city centers, in new buildings and expensive surroundings, giving me no other opportunity than to believe the words confirmed by certificates on the walls.
Later on, I started to prefer to make the visit to factories and made a factory tour by every single visit and my sight change. Trash, Waste, Garbage bins, nicely placed and clean around — WE HAVE ISO sounds to my ears. WE ARE GREEN. WE ARE SUSTAINABLE.
But the reality very different from the messages on the whiteboards.
Today I ask the giants to come to my small workplace in the city center. 100 years old, renovated by a private investor, I am sitting in the very heart and instead of certificates, I serve the results of my work.
One visit and the cure begin
It is not the 475.000.000.000.000 USD what starts the process, it is the ability to touch the change, to create the future, it is the ability to be reborn once again. This is the way I do. This is INDUSTRY 5.0. This is evolution.
Let the giants see again, only so he or she would be able to use it’s giant’s force for change and creation.
Let the GIANTS SEE they will be the first who join us to build the wasteless world.
