Adding more and more on the “shopping list” never asking why it is needed

In May 2021 we have started to distribute INDUSTRY 5.0 GOVERNMENTS KEYNOTE to the governments of the world. Shortly after the first public presentation, we start to receive the first questions.

The most common were:

WHY ADD IF WASTE PREVENTION INCLUDED IN WASTE LEGISLATION?

For all who do not know so well about the waste legislation in their own country or the general global setup, it is really true, that waste prevention is really mentioned in the waste pyramid.

but there is a small issue

IT IS NOT MEAN and NEVER SHOULD SERVE WASTE REDUCTION in fact it is just one of the psychological tools that should give all the feeling WE DO BEST by placing the item in the GARBAGE BIN.

It is one of the false promises so frequently use by CIRCULAR ECONOMY experts who repeat WASTE IS TREASURE, so why try to get rid of the bottomless treasure source.

The WASTE INDUSTRY has to change so as related legislation, but this is not what should happen first in the implementation of systematic waste prevention what I do recommend to the politicians.

INDUSTRY 5.0 develop, implement, and serves as tools of systematic waste prevention since 2013 already identifying and eliminating issues and value-less processes.

It is important to keep in mind the four categories of waste, INDUSTRY 5.0 recognize.

• PHYSICAL WASTE
• SOCIAL WASTE
• URBAN WASTE
• PROCESS WASTE

Only Physical waste can be (partly solved) by waste legislation but from the point of prevention, it must be sold in the general legislation framework same as all the reminding three categories.

So what is the first change proposed?

To implement the following sentence at the top of national legislation

THERE IS NO WASTE IF YOU DON´T WASTE

with the following explanation

Nature, which all human beings are part of, does not waste and exists on the planet for millions of years. This is the only proof needed to change WASTEFUL into WASTELESS behavior of people and industries starting with the implementation and maintenance of SYSTEMATIC WASTE PREVENTION tools available and applicable for all.

This sentence should not only become part of national legislation but should become part of

A UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

There are 30 articles included from the very beginning (December 10, 1948) and I would like to add the 31st article.

EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT NOT TO WASTE AND NOT TO BE WASTED. EVERYONE HAS THE RIGHT TO UTILIZE THE EXISTING RESOURCES TO MINIMIZE THE NEGATIVE IMPACT OF WASTING ON SOCIETY, THE ENVIRONMENT, AND THE PLANET AND TO CONTRIBUTE TO A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE FOR ALL.

I am not a politician, I am not a decision-maker, I am not a scientist or award-winning academic, my name is MICHAEL RADA and I am HUMAN and this is why I propose a change that will have an impact on all without the limitation of race, gender, age, education, social status, skin color, health or religion.

Countries and global organizations should act in harmony delivering results, not promises to inhabitants of the EARTH and citizens of their own nations.

The fact that nobody tries to expand the DECLARATION does not mean it can not, or it must not be expanded and I hope my intention would be understood and steps applied.

I would be happy if obligation become part of the national legislation
