No matter what commodity, no matter what industry, the production volume, and the number of pieces produced are the main of all KPIs.

With bigger volumes, lower price!

With lower prices, bigger sales?

The fact is that the first, so as the second sentences are not valid and with few exceptions, it will not be valid anymore.

How do I know?

For seven years already I am teaching students, managers, workers, and seniors that behind every new product enormous volume of waste and wasting can be found. It is a volume that no one expected until he or she saw a picture taken on-site. One of many thousands I was able to collect during the years of realizing projects of implementation of systematic waste and wasting prevention methodology in factories, warehouses, offices, companies, and organizations.

For more than three decades businesses, industries, governments all around the globe collect data and store them in electronic (computer) form. For a few years, we have technology able to process big data volumes in a short time BUT, nobody considered taking the “OLD” data and use it as one of the ON-THE-GROUND-MINES.

I have seen China growing from outsider to insider.

The development was following one strategy only, power through volume

It is the same strategy applied for centuries. The strategy described in the books of old emperors. The strategy was being defeated again and again and again, not only from outside but inside as well.

One of the examples of the long-lasting strategy is the follow up of the CHINESE CALENDAR. No matter what came (like COVID-19) the people and the communist party look at the same signs and order set thousand years ago.

INDUSTRY 5.0 is the first industrial evolution ever led by man (HUMAN) and this is why every day it different reflecting the needs and possibilities, utilizing the existing resources and On-The-Ground-Mines. It is flexible and agile like a blade of mane in the wind. Soft and Hard at the same moment.

The growth of the Chinese economy and industries was slow downed in 2020 but in 2021 the METAL OX will fail to deliver its victory in the world which chooses RECOVERY instead of watching other animal games.

India, the second most populated country in the world, and China´s neighbor learned already the lesson and started in the middle of 2020 to realize the first steps from WASTEFUL to WASTELESS economy, industry, and mindset. China waits, but this time it can be already too late to wait for other people's ideas and products to copy it.

INDUSTRY 5.0 is not a product. It is not a service and for sure it is not just a buzzword. We are speaking about a new global ecosystem of harmonization and cooperation and those who just wait for the fruits can happen, that no fruits would remain.

It is still time, but not too much of it, to save the OX and made it from WAR MACHINE to HELPER. There is no war and battle to win because there is no war or battle to fight.
