THE DEPTH OF THE SOUL

A few days ago I have delivered my speech at the conference celebrating the 125 years of the CONFEDERATION OF INDIAN INDUSTRY. I prepared my speech for more than 3 months, carefully slide my slide, sentence by sentence because I knew how important and rare is to speak to so many not only from India but from all around the globe.

It was a two days online event

Two days filled with information, professionals, and topics related to INDUSTRY 4.0.

The organizer asked me to deliver the closing speech related to INDUSTRY 5.0 so I did and feel it is the 2020 KEYNOTE I was waiting for.

The 2019 keynote has become fast the top of the most viewed videos of 2019 and 2020, but I feel, there is next one which will do the same, just faster, establishing INDUSTRY 5.0 stronger in all parts of the world.

There is a difference.

The 2019 KEYNOTE is 15 minutes long. 2020 keynote is 35:34 containing data from realized projects including profitability, volumes, numbers, and names. All set in a transparent image understandable to all. Just minutes after the end I have received first comments that make me cry.

Comments that prove I did right and a good job.

I opened the eyes and not only that

I open the souls of people and businesses they represent.

I did not need any surgery equipment. I did not need money and fortune and I did not need the status of celebrity or politician. The only what I need was to behave like a human, like a HUMAN being, and to show all they are the same.

I do believe that CII, conference so as the speech has set the roots of the first industrial evolution in India and not only there. I hope the audience from all over the world will not only wake up but change the mindset from wasteful to wasteless sharing the knowledge within the network and companies they work in and lead.

I am so happy that I was able to deliver ONLINE same as I have delivered standing on a stage in front of the audience and I do believe it will help to deliver the same to all people around the globe to understand we all have just one home, we all together can turn it once again into a place where everyone will be proud and happy to live on and no one has to die because of being hungry or thirsty during his or her journey to WASTELESS WORLD
