THE DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The original UNIVERSAL HUMAN RIGHTS DECLARATION was introduced in 1948 to be accepted by all members of the UNITED NATIONS. It was introduced three years after the creation of the UNITED NATIONS which declared aim was to PREVENT WARS TO HAPPEN.

It fails and since 1945 till today (2024) the biggest number of war conflicts was recorded in mankind´s history. The DECLARATION failed as well, because despite being members of the UNITED NATIONS, countries break one by one the RIGHTS of HUMANS calling them CITIZENS

Already twice I have requested the UNITED NATIONS to add the next right, to the list, but nothing has happened, this is why we agreed to write a NEW HUMAN RIGHTS DECLARATION and introduce it to the world. We mean

• KEVIN MACKENZIE, HUMAN and Author and Futurists, located in Denmark, Europe
• MICHAEL RADA, HUMAN and Founder of INDUSTRY 5.0 located in the Czech Republic, Europe

We agreed on it on January 10, 2024, in a recorded regular meeting of the WASTELESS WORLD TALKS available to all online

We do so because if not us, nobody will do it. We talk about in the next WASTELESS WORLD TALKS and find out that even the name should be changed to reflect the complexity of life

• THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OWN ENVIRONMENT
• THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR RESULTS OF OWN WORK
• THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT HURTING ANYONE

It is not our intention to create the NEW WORLD ORDER but to build ground stone in which HUMAN RIGHTS are not just a piece of paper presented in the MUSEUM but part of everyone´s life, respected and protected because being understood the same by all

All three of us are HUMANS, and this is the first and most important value we respect and represent by being HUMAN. We may not be perfect, but this is what makes us unique the same as everyone on the planet. Not UNIFORMITY and NORMALIZATION, but CURIOSITY and UNIQNESS are what make us strong. We may look old, but we never lost the child in us and we BELIEVE that the FUTURE is built by us, by our present actions and this is why we put stone by stone every single week looking forward to the next one, using our experience, and expertise to do so.

We may not be young, but we are at the age when the decision is taken with an understanding of all consequences.

The DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES is not perfect, and it can not be because same, as the global ecosystem. it must evolve, it must interact, it can not be fixed and put behind bars or thick book covers or bulletproof glass, it must be alive same as all of us.

The UNITED NATIONS representatives and head have not responded to the offer to cooperate in creation, it does not stop us and here it is

I hope it will resonate with you and we will be happy for your suggestions and comments, but please understand, the WASTELESS WORLD is being built FOR ALL, not just some or a few who think they can afford it
