REWARD OR REVENGE?
There was a time when people have been doing what they love and like and get money for the results delivered.
Today most people work for money.
What is the difference? LOVE and PASSION.
Both are missing.

This is my own speech delivered at the same event
I have prepared my speech for 6 months and the preparation results in more than 69.000 responses within 9 days. I was not paid for my work but prepared my speech with the same passion as anything I do during the construction of WASTELESS WORK
I am not sure how much time his eminency spent with his preparation, but I am sure his time was paid well for it is his duty to represent the country who assigned him to this post.
Same as the country pay the hight ranked member of Ministry of Trade and Industry who delivered the next introduction speech on the Czech day, representing the COUNTRY FOR FUTURE
There is a big difference if you receive your salary for results or for nothing, just existence. At the same time, there is a very big difference if you buy a product or solution produced with passion and love, or is it just one of the million mass product pieces in which nothing reminds of the human touch, creativity, and skills.
Politicians deliver great example in the time of the pandemic. Despite the fact majority of the population and voters have a lower income, politicians and the rich ones are everyday wealthier. The more critical the situation, the more money change the poor man pocket for the rich man pocket.
What would be the reason for the change?
Why should anyone who was WASTE IS TREASURE cut himself from the treasure and source of wealth?
If you look at who uses this MOTTO you may be surprised at how long the list would be. Asking google you get the following result
The very first link leads to the UNITED NATIONS ENVIRONMENT PROGRAM, but you will find GREENPEACE, CIRCULAR ECONOMY, local so as global NON-PROFITS, NGOs and I even found the link to GRETA THUNBERG and THE EARTHSHOT PRIZE so as to the famous THE OCEAN CLEAN UP project which made the founder and his protege really rich without the need to deliver the promised results.
Very few noticed we have been losing the love for work. We are losing a meaningful life at the same time. Instead of passion, we fulfill tasks ordered by others. Our creativity, Our curiosity, Our agility, Our life is being lost in favor of delivering repeating tasks which brings us at the end of the day salary into our pockets, money which we can spend on buying what we have just produced.
If we will not have these, there would not be people who build for their own parent's tiny house that is more valuable than anything else, just listen to the beautiful lady words.
Only people who love, but truly love what they are doing do remember the love with every cell of their body and brain, no matter what comes
This is the difference between those who love what they do and receive money for the results and those who love money and don´t see the intention to deliver any results.
