RADA AS UNIT
On October 2, 2024, asked me, and BILL MCCLAIN our dear friend KEVIN MACKENZIE if we know what have following names common
VOLT, OHM, FAHRENHEIT, KEVIN, CELCIUS
We did not know
Kevin explained to us that all are UNITS named after its inventor, and he proposed that RADA should be the next UNIT following the same strategy
I was surprised and honored at the same time, especially when he mentioned that RADA should be the unit used to show progress in the construction of the WASTELESS WORLD means how effective the company, individual, and country prevent WASTE TO HAPPEN.
Two days later I realized that I worked on a similar idea of a scale four years ago
I never thought about my name serving as a unit of measurement.
In current industry and society, Measurement is important, because of the deeply rooted idea that YOU CAN NOT MANAGE WHAT YOU CAN NOT MEASURE.
This may be valid for MANAGERS, but I know it is not valid for LEADERS
LEADERS do not measure their impact, they just do what is needed and they celebrate if inspiring others to act. One or One million, same happiness.
I was thinking about Kevin´s words before I started to write this chapter, discussed with an expert for patenting and intellectual property protection, studied online, how it came to the connection between the inventor and the unit, and I came to the conclusion that he is right.
I would be honored if RADA is the first unit measuring the WASTELESS WORLD
In the Czech language, RADA means ADVICE
which is of advantage I think
There is no unit named the same at the moment, so the step can be done and realized, what we need now is the scale and methodology to measure the same everywhere.
In the eleven years on the construction site of WASTELESS WORLD I was told several times “Mr. Rada, we need more RADA”
I replied every time the same, “Not. We need You, but we should UNIFY IN HARMONY OF ACTION”
But maybe I was just not able to establish the link or bridge at that time, and needed help, which came to me two days ago after two years of cooperation, and partnership built on trust, not on financial transactions.
The unicorns build their existence and fame on money of others
INDUSTRY 5.0 builds its existence on delivered palpable results
This is one of the reasons why UNICORNS are worth Billions and INDUSTRY 5.0 crossed Quadrillion after seven years of existence.
