PANDEMIC RECOVERY PLAN

For seven years now I dedicate my life and work one aim, creation of WASTELESS WORK. I do not ask others to finance my life. I do not ask others to pay for my dreams. I deliver results and ask to be paid if used and applied. I established a standard company, not NGO, NON-PROFIT or ACADEMIC INSTITUTION for I have learned in almost five decades of my life, the future is hand made.

From the very beginning of the global pandemic, which lay the global economy and industry down, I am using the knowledge and preparation I have done for seven years to stop the pandemic a prepare recovery, but not return to the old system. Supported by experts in many segments, on Sunday, April 5th, 2020 I have published Ten commandments for all who would like to end the crises and set ten time-dependent activities leading to stabilization and subsequent improvement of the pandemic state and is applicable globally, regardless of location.

TEN COMMANDMENTS FOR NATIONAL AND GLOBAL PANDEMIC RECOVERY WITH RESPONSIBILITY DEFINITION

1. Publication of the “RECOVERY TIME SCHEDULE” including the step by step national quarantine ending dedicated to individual segments, industries, and processes. Responsible NATIONAL GOVERNMENTS and INTERNATIONAL BODIES
2. AREAL DISINFECTION of premises defined in number one systematically managed in the coordination of all organizations and companies which do already offer the areal disinfection services. The work is to be financially covered by 50% from the state allocated emergency reserves
3. Timely allocation of personal protection resources to sites with planning to open and set up logistic flows related to smooth supply, including sharing distribution routes, volumes, and daily traffic and consumption information
4. Application of predictive planning systems based on existing tools and data provided across all segments. The aim is to prevent both scarcity and overproduction. Sharing open data with manufacturers and suppliers. Established experts groups like the O.S.O initiative can help
5. Set-up of the aerial disinfection systems for premises with expected increased attendance, including systems for the disinfection of public transport, shopping centers, common areas, and production and processing plants. In this step, you also need to define the refresh rate. The activity is financed from 50% of the state budget and funds allocated for emergency purposes. Logistic nationwide coordination of disinfection companies is a must.
6. Implementation of a system of “measuring and control points” in public places allowing rapid and anonymous measurement of personal temperature for health control. Public space investment is 100% funded from the state budget and funds allocated for renewal. In private “operation” 40% state contribution.
7. Creation of a functional system of registration, identification and assistance to infected persons, including the provision of allocated health care centers with professional care, counseling centers set up to support infected persons in-home quarantine including setup of the dedicated food and products supply systems. These activities should be fully funded from state funds together with the funds of health insurance companies.
8. Define and apply tools for remote control of infected persons with the possibility of two-way communication, condition monitoring and support in case of worsening of symptoms and necessary physical help. To carry out aerial disinfection of premises and households in quarantine funded by health insurance companies
9. Detabooise infection, by precisely defining prevention and remedy (treatment) procedures and creating a system of active support for the infected and preventing the infection of healthy and healed people
10. Extend prospective stabilization and recovery plans and share them on a regular basis twice a day through dedicated news servers and media information. Responsible NATIONAL GOVERNMENTS and INTERNATIONAL BODIES

Stabilizing and improving the situation is not only a matter of government, as citizens and companies are convinced, but it also not just a matter of citizens and companies, as the government is convinced. Stabilization and improvement can only happen through their pro-active cooperation and harmonization of activities. We have all the tools we need already or they can be developed and delivered quickly. However, only one is necessary.
