Open letter to Greta Thunberg
Dear Greta,
first of all, let me say THANK YOU.
Maybe you ask yourself why I have not contacted you directly to say that and use instead of the power of social networks and the internet. The answer is rather simple. It is not possible to contact you another way, you are sheltered completely from the world you help to save, from the people.
Let me introduce myself. My name is Michael Rada and I am an old man comparing to you, maybe older as your parents. I live in the middle of Europe, in the Czech Republic and When you was 10 I started to build WASTELESS WORLD by preventing waste happens.
Because of more than 25 years of business experience in many segments and on many positions and seniority levels I recognized in 2010 what’s wrong and who must change and started in 2013 my own journey which change the world of INDUSTRIES and BUSINESS.
I designed and invented INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING, the only existing systematic waste prevention methodology applicable to factories, businesses and large scale operations including the governments on all levels and in all locations.
Two years later I was the first in the world to specify the content of INDUSTRY 5.0 which is contrary to the industrial revolution is not revolution, but EVOLUTION, the first INDUSTRIAL ECOLUTION ever lead by man (HUMAN) I am happy to be that human.
In every job I had (and I had many) I learned that first I have to deliver the result, that my work would be recognized, awarded and I will find followers and helpers.
After the delivery of the results, I can share the way in speeches, workshops on events with much higher efficiency. For delivering your messages you do not need even the words.
In the very first sentence of my letter, I thanked you. The reason is that you delivered the result but is in my understanding very different from many others.

The worlds delivered after helped to understand WHY did you STAND UP
You proved that the young generation is not just the — online, internet, a talent show, and social networks generation, many considered, but you look around you and see what many others do not. You use simple but understandable words to deliver your view and message and this makes the change.
You did the most important part of the work, now should be the time for you to learn for the next step, and it should not be the worldwide traveling for speeches to politicians which just try to use you pretending they act in favor to the planet they live on, THIS IS NOT TRUE.
Politicians and many of those who invited you and cover the cost of your travel and accommodation do the very opposite, they damage the same planet just looking for more profit. Do not let the titles, beautiful company names, funds and organization names and other cheats you, for the real intention you have to see much deeper than on the surface, you have to recognize the roots and intention. To do you have to learn how to.
Thank you, Greta, you have done your work excellent you woke up the whole world, but right now the same world is being put to sleep by promises of the people who told you they will continue in your work. They will not. Instead of acting today and immediately they will plan to act in 2050 and it can be too late.
You have delivered the right message of the waste done, but you did not deliver hot to change the course. I know it, implement successfully 6 years the waste prevention which helped already to prevent over 350.000 MT of material and products to become waste and do continue every single day.
Dear Greta, I hope the internet and social networks will deliver my letter to you and I would like to invite you into my city, into the workplace which was the birthplace of BLUE OCEAN Projects which change the world, I would invite you to MY HOME because I know MY HOME IS YOURS
