OLD WIND TURBINES VALUE

Used and old wind turbines parts become waste. “Old” is predestined by regulation as 20 YEARS LIFECYCLE. The regulation does not specify the age based on the work done, but based on the production date on the “birth certificate”.

When OLD, have to be RETIRED.

RETIRED means WASTE

WASTE means LANDFILL

LANDFILL means ENDLESS COST

From the end of 2019, the increasing number of online reports inform readers there is no other way for the old wind turbines then landfilling them. TROUBLE. WASTE. ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE.

At the beginning of February 2020, BBC NEWS published an article named What happens to all the old wind turbines?

US source did the same a few days earlier?

Together with the media, the politicians deliver to all only one solution, WASTEFUL solution. From product to waste, not considering any other for the waste industry says there is no other way.

This is next lie

This is the next constituent part of the crime against the planet, humanity, and nature which is being delivered for decades by the waste industry worldwide.

Why do I say this?

Look at following pictures

The first image show inside of the wind turbine propel

Second is look at the OPOD tube house

Do you see, what I see?

POTENTIAL

Instead of 3m in diameter, 6–10m diameter is being offered.

Instead of the need for the production of new concrete and production of a new tube, we can utilize hundreds and thousands of existing parts, tubes, and other components instead of exploiting natural resources.

The described process is called INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING and was introduced back in 2013 by Michael Rada, by me. Since this moment it has helped not only to prevent more than 650.000 Metric Tons of products and materials to become waste but it becomes the soul of INDUSTRY 5.0, the first industrial evolution ever lead my man (HUMAN)

You may ask why the blades are landfilled and called trouble and waste, the answer is rather simple.

Not someone, but landfill owner, part of the waste industry, strongly benefit from that. He or She just secure easy profit for decades. The profit which can be shared with those who place the landfilling order. Politicians and decision-makers.

ENEL company received the WIND BLADES INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING offer as part of their Recycle and Reuse of Wind Turbine Blades challenge in June 2019.

David Weston, from HAYMARKET media, covering among others the wind power industry received the information 6 months earlier

Despite this and despite the fact I have informed about the WIND TURBINES INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING project many wind turbines producers, operators, power producers, the turbines and blades end up on the landfill.

It is not the TURBINE or BLADE making trouble, but the behavior of the man. Man who prefers money for the future. Man who prefers his own fortune for the future of his children.

There is a solution, to prevent wind turbines blades and parts to become waste, but there must be will to do so.

If you want to know more, just contact me, my name is Michael Rada and google tells you more. I am HUMAN and I am proud of it. Building a wasteless world is the meaning of my life because “The man can not stand a meaningless life” as Carl Gustav Jung says in the last sentence of his interview
