NETWORK GROW STRONG
30 minutes ago I took these two images on a hot afternoon on May 14th, 2022. After arriving in the office I introduced both to the LINKEDIN network and the response was wonderful.
This is how I was leaving the meeting point having new strong members in the INDUSTRY 5.0 GLOBAL NETWORK
Every single member who joins the network delivers with him or her the uniqueness of his or her life, the skills and abilities only he or she has. Today I met members who are part of a global family that can be found everywhere, they are members of the biggest network and entity in the world called
NATURE
I am honored to be part of it.
Here and now, every single moment no matter where I am or where I go, I know am part, and with the touch of my hand

When I was offered the BEST SERVICE for network growth I send to the manager of the company following one-slide-presentation
He never came back to me, which is a pity, I can teach him how to grow a network.
During the development of the INDUSTRY 5.0 AMBASSADORS NETWORK, I learned many things. One of the most important ones was that people who will network just for money and profit would be the first ones to leave and even try to misuse the role for personal profit only.
The aim must resonate with every single member, and every single one must understand the benefits that the membership represents. As mentioned above building a network on financial benefits only will result in the construction of a very sensitive and brittle structure that will crash during the first unexpected vibration or change.
The strong network must be AGILE. It must not only be able to reflect changes, but it must be the change itself. This is the best condition for being stronger every single day.
NATURE show us this for millions of years and we, instead of listening, try to modify what is working so well to work even better wasting time and money to realize, we do create ONE-DAY-FLIES and SHINY-OBJECTS that lose their shine and life in such a short time that our effort will never return.
Nature does not use “SILOS” to divide one category from the next one. Trees grow next to Grass and Flowers. The roots touch and support each other. Ants and Bees do not ask NDAs to be signed first before they enter and I have never seen an orchard or forest spend months doe deliver a perfect business plan first before it starts to grow.
H A R M O N Y
is the answer and complexity, having the ability to see the final picture already before I made the first stroke.
Not a single seed will grow and survive on a pile of banknotes or coins.
If a network should be strong it must create
NET to WORK
So simple it is.
