There are skills you do not learn in school, like mirror writing with the left hand. It is one of my skills learned not in school, but in my free time and utilized during 8 hours of meeting in the Japanese language when my superior talked to a factory manager in his Polish factory without noticing nobody else in the room speaks Japanese.

The next skill is to breath slow and act fast

but the most absent skill is THE ENDURANCE

The standard length of classes is 45 minutes. After you switch the topic or lecture learn for the next 45 minutes another topic and lecture. In one day you change 5 to 10 times, five days a week, 10 months a year.

When you leave, you leave behind thousands of single-use or single-purpose lectures which should help you to survive in a world where not a single lecture learned help you to survive.

The length of the education frequently results in the length of the title and some need one entire length of a business card just to write all the titles collected.

Yesterday I received a CV, it was the first academic and researcher CV, it has 18 pages because every single publication published and project realized was mentioned.

I just wonder how will look factory worker's CV if all results are delivered, kept on paper, or on the screen. How will look a CV of a small child build new words every day? How will look the CV of a MOTHER and WIFE, of FATHER and HUSBAND? How will look CV by Grand Parents?

Those who are “consumed” by their own work usually do not have time to record it and keep the evidence in another form than the result

The question is

?SU DEHCAET ERUTAN TAHW DEGNAHC EW NEHW

When it turns inside out?

When does the result start to be less important than the report?

When researchers do not research new ways and possibilities, just start to go through those that have been delivered by someone else to rewrite 75% of the content to be acknowledged as their own work.

When does the PATENT OFFICE become an anchor instead of the sail of development?

When a child has a dream he or she takes what's available and builds it, being proud of the result. When an adult has a dream, she or he analyzes it first, checks the financial possibilities, writes a thesis, asks for funding, and gets funded to forget what the dream was about.

I am sitting at the moment in the house which was a dream of my mum and dad, so they build it. Every day they can touch the walls and enjoy the structure in which so my work, sweat, and blood were lost for a better future. My dad is 80 today, and I am happy I was able to spend the day with him and his mum, listening to stories of a climber that teaches us so much.

In the morning I become a new e-mail from academia. For the first time, I am informed about a paper or publication mentioning me before the official publication. Would the authors contact me?

Everyone has something he or she dreams about, some stay small, others big, but without waking up the first dream remains a dream.

Some dreams came true in the moment of WAKE-UP, at the moment of AWAKING. I am living one, because, before December 1, 2015 nobody used and spoke about “5.0” and today

it seems like “5.0” is the only number that exists.

ERA 5.0 or AGE 5.0, this is what one man´s work started and if I do remember well, there was only one man in mankind's history who does the same, born just a little earlier to create new age from which we count the years of “existence”. We are born on the same day, just I have the honor to live longer.

The CORE TASK OF THE DAY

WAKE UP AND DO THE FIRST STEP TO FULFIL YOUR DREAM, BEFORE DOING THE NEXT ONE

Have a nice time free of waste and wasting in all its forms, stay safe and free
