Not as a part of the WASTE LEGISLATION, but general legislation and I hope that even the UNITED NATIONS will after so long time add the 31st article to the DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

It should not happen that the government or anybody else WASTE 75 SCHOOLS, KINDERGARTENS, VILLAGES, EMERGENCY SHELTERS, HOTELS, PLAYGROUNDS only because it sees WASTE.
