KNOWLEDGE OR WISDOM

During the global growth of INDUSTRY 5.0, I am frequently facing the issue of not publishing ACADEMIC, RESEARCH, or SCIENCE papers, but only articles and stories.

The reason is not that nobody reads them, but the fact that ACADEMICS, RESEARCHERS, SCIENTISTS, and frequently PROFESSORS and TEACHERS read and refer only to academic papers and especially in schools and universities transport this way of collecting knowledge for their students.

Funny about it is the fact that others write about my work instead, referring to it in ACADEMIC, RESEARCH, and SCIENCE PAPERS instead.

It shows up more and more frequently, that those who should represent wisdom, represent just knowledge, knowledge limited by so walls that the readers are too tired to read the who text including the reference list.

Today once again I have received information sent by ACADEMIA.EDU informing me that the name Michael Rada was mentioned in a fresh paper uploaded by Suharto Abdul Majid

My response standardly looked for the author on LINKEDIN and FOUND HIM, which is not common, so I send him an introduction message and invite him to connect our profiles at the start of our cooperation.

I just wonder what must be feeling to meet someone whom I mention in serious research or academic papers.

A very similar happen to me last week, just instead of receiving information about a new publication, I participated in a webinar named INDUSTRY 5.0 at one of the universities. Because the content was not aligned with INDUSTRY 5.0 principles and ignored the origin, I call the speaker to connect and have a discussion which HE AGREED, which is not common and we have one week later online meeting, in which he confirm a set of very interesting facts

• He was originally INDUSTRY 4.0 expert, but accept an invitation to talk about INDUSTRY 5.0
• He uses for his study only “certified” resources, which means EUROPEAN COMMISSION papers only, nothing else
• Before we met, he did not know INDUSTRY 5.0 is 6 years older, than mentioned in his presentation or that it is based on the principles of systematic waste prevention.
• He accepts from his students only works referring to “certified” resources, all the rest are GREY RESOURCES which can be changed or deleted

The moment when I started to write this article, I launched the new INDUSTRY 5.0 AWARENESS POLL 56 minutes later following the result was presented after more than 560 views

It reminds me strongly of many discussions with students, teachers, partners, and clients all over the world. Discussions in which WISE was more than SMART and WISDOM came with age, or moment of understanding after the wake-up call was delivered

Despite the fact that it will be published on February 27, 2023, it was written on January 16, 2023, the same day when I received an invitation to deliver a 45-minute keynote to a very special audience

I was asked for that a few months after I deliver firstly keynote to students of 17 universities in the country and later on to one specific class, who asked me for a follow-up webinar, same as the students in the United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA, Malaysia, Indonesia, Ghana, and many other countries.

Most of the readers know, that I have never reached academic education, instead of continuing my study I start working as a worker in a steel factory.

Almost all the people who invited me had a higher education than I do and collect more knowledge and despite that, they call me to speak to them and share. I am not Guru. I am not a Wise man, My GrandDad was, I am just a simple man with a simple aim to build WASTELESS WORLD FOR ALL and this is all I do, every single day for almost 10 years now.

Why?

Because I found the meaning of my life and looking at the faces of the people in the audience, looking into their eyes, and at the end the THUMB-UP I feel

HUMAN

this is the only title I respect

I hope and believe with my help education system will wisdom to every single person who enters to learn. Meaningfulness is more than the “height” of the education ladder and delivered results more than notes.

Let all education systems grow HUMANS not components of the system
