Every day we have the possibility to watch nature. Not only the details, but the complexity of the action is fascinating if you can absorb it.
This is the problem
Many lost the possibility to see the whole picture, concentrate on just a fragment, the rest seems to be invisible. With time they start to call it to advantage instead of handicap and feel better, trying to zoom even more on one topic only.
It is great to live in a society of experts if they can communicate, but here comes the next issue, communication does not work. Each of them uses their own language and each seems to consider all will understand the content.
but, no matter if you speak English, German, Chinese or Czech, using a special language you lost your audience, or better to say you have frequently not lost the audience, but the ability of the audience to understand what you are talking about, the content stays buried below the surface of nice names and popular words.
Because of that INDUSTRY 5.0 use and teach the use of the language of efficiency, the language which is understanding the same by all, no matter which age, education level, expertise. It is language nature uses to express itself to show what is right and what is wrong, which time of the day or night is or which season.
Nature does not use words, for words are the tool of humans. It uses images to create a feeling of waking up answers together with questions and emotions.
During the creation of the first industrial evolution ever led by a man (HUMAN), I utilize decades of experience gathered from logistics and business environment. LOGISTICS which seems to be the lifesaver for many mistakes of the past. LOGISTICS the logic of movement and process. The logic which many ignore or underestimate because of the urgency of combating fire with setting up the next one.
COMPLEXITY of a chain can not be achieved by concentrating on just one segment of the chain.
The understanding of space and time is important across the complex environment and this is why the language of efficiency is spoken in INDUSTRY 5.0 projects.

INDUSTRY 5.0 does not divide but connect. It connects people, industries, segments, operations. It connects all in one complex image, an image of an environment free of waste and wasting in all its forms.
Not the google technology for more crop will help in the world where 75% of the crop never reaches the second stage of processing and is being wasted straight away, but the systematic utilization and streamlining from the place of origin to the place of consumption or processing
Onion rivers make all cry, same as apple rivers, carrot rivers, pepper rivers, and rivers of steel, aluminum, cars, planes, cruise ships, and all that is understood waste because the owner does not need it anymore.
Changing the law and regulations helps the change, but the change must be what showcase the issue. Results delivered for all. Results that can not be ignored anymore because they are not on paper, but on your hand, in the air, in the eyes of children that don't have to wear a mask going into nature to enjoy it and play.
INDUSTRY 5.0 is EVOLUTION and everyone will become part of it, the only difference would be if you become the leader or you let others lead your steps and movements with the stream.
