INDUSTRY 5.0-The Biggest Mistake
INDUSTRY 5.0 is not a machine, nor is it technology, it is not the fifth industrial revolution but first industrial evolution ever lead by man (HUMAN), unfortunately, many misunderstood or misinterpret the original principles described in the very first article related to INDUSTRY 5.0 published on December 1st, 2015.
The ground stone of INDUSTRY 5.0 is not the machine, not the man, not cooperation between both but PROCESS or better to say it is the metamorphosis of human from technology addiction back to nature.
The ground stone is the WASTING PREVENTION
Many experts were confused by the word “industry” talk only about the “machinery and technology”, but in fact, this is just one of four pillars on which INDUSTRY 5.0 is being built
- Physical waste prevention
- Social waste prevention
- Urban waste prevention
- Process waste prevention
The majority of the texts, articles, and studies target just the fourth pillar, the Process waste, introducing a solution connected to implementation of new machines and technology including AI, not considering the first three pillars which will if applied result in further disbalance of the global development.
INDUSTRY 5.0 is the first industrial evolution ever lead by man (HUMAN) and like this, it is a complexity of “neural” and natural connections between all pillars and members, some clear and visual, some hidden, but all transparent.
During the preparation of this article, I was delivered information about the circular economy event organized by the Swansea UNI which was accompanied by one of the images connected to the circular economy mindset
This image helped me to find out one of the reasons why the circular economy struggle with the delivery of the results. The reason is, there is too much wasted space inside the circle.
The Circular Economy follows the line which marks the circle, but let the surface, area or space inside free, unused and this is something which nature which serves as paragon or model will never do.
