INDUSTRY 5.0: NATIONAL IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY

Despite the fact there is only one planet as a home to many, the humans are divided not only by location but the color of skin, religion, and many more aspects including nationality.

Most of the dividers are man-made and many serve just one purpose, to deliver the feeling of solidarity with power and the power have different faces and forms.

INDUSTRY 5.0 is not a tool to divide but unite and this is one of the reasons for the resistance of the people on the power.

No matter how strong the resistance, INDUSTRY 5.0 is already here, it is already growing inside and become stronger and stronger and everyone will recognize soon that EVOLUTION can not be stoped, you can just slow it down and sometimes you can speed it up as well.

In recent months I got three times from three different people in different positions and in different segments following feedback.

“Mr. Rada you changed my life. First I saw you and listen to you, I kept ou for lunatic myself, but later I realized how right you are and I am following your steps today”

For seven years systematic waste prevention becomes my everyday life and watching the growth of size and impact I work continuously on preparing the tools and strategy for implementation on a large scale of municipalities, nations so as globally.

Many speak about SMART CITIES projects but until now not a single project leader, manager of the board dare to implement INDUSTRY 5.0 and systematic waste prevention inside. Concentrating on the increase of SMART TECH, the wisdom of people, so as the people themself are being forgotten and left on the way behind the digital smart city walls.

No matter how big the project, INDUSTRY 5.0 is being implemented the same way.

1. All involved parties are being informed about INDUSTRY 5.0 and the reason why implementation is being prepared. Related questions and comments are being discussed and answered all in a transparent environment and in a language understandable and accessible to all.
2. Walkthrough and Data collection for deep analyze is being processed with the aim to identify issues and fails of the past, not to blame for, but to avoid them to happen in the future and during the implementation
3. Laws and Regulations being revised in line to prepare the changes or to rewrite them from scratch to eliminate the unsystematic, uncooperative approach included within decade and centuries and to deliver up-to-date legal framework reflecting the progress human and society achieved
4. After the definition of WASTE and SOURCES OF WASTING the prevention tools would be introduced to all involved parties and the results of its applications would be estimated respecting the complex picture and environment.
5. Implementation will begin so as the elimination of waste and wasting and the connected cost reduction and profitability increase.
6. Regular implementation reports and review meeting will be set to control the healthy and appropriate implementation to eliminate the possibility of misuse and misdirection
7. Grow

There are just seven steps to be realized and every single one is hard to do, despite the fact that that they are so easy and simple.

I did not mention the very first step, the step without which none of the about mentioned steps would be realized. It is

THE WILL

It is the only aspect I can not deliver, for every single one of us has his or her own conscience from which results, what would be our heritage.

I have my will and do into one direction for seven years already building, delivering, implementing, and creating a world that I would be proud of, and many to come would be happy to live in and live on.

If INDUSTRY 5.0 would be implemented on a national level, the national or country debts can be soon the history, so as the addiction on a single source. Same as corruption, protectionism, legalized robberies, and misuse of the national financial reserves and collect duties and taxes. Nations become Nations again proud and with the back straight ready to help, not ready to bent from somebody else thread or money.

Everything has its price, so as the INDUSTRY 5.0 implementation on the national level. The question is not who can, but who WILL change.
