Despite the fact that the first wave of PANDEMIC is almost over, more and more solutions connected to the possible relief are being introduced worldwide. The fact is that the ones which are seen most frequently usually present only IDEA or DREAM materialized in VIRTUAL REALITY, missing the true implementation possibility of the physical product.
The Czech made solutions are usually different
You do not hear about them in the News, you do not see information about millions invested in funding, you even do not see celebrities promoting them online.
Instead of that, you see the REAL PRODUCT
You can touch it. You can feel it. You can try it before you buy or implement it.
This is the CZECH WAY.
This is the way INDUSTRY 5.0 was born, from results and for results.
Thanks to five years of on-hand experience I was able to introduce RECONNET at the right time at the right place and it keeps growing by adopting the next solutions and products developed in the small country in the heart of Europe.
MICROFACTORY with the working name “CoroBox” was developed as a response to the COVID-19 pandemic and finalized and introduced within the EUvsVIRUS HACKATHON at the end of April 2020.
Despite the fact, the original intention was to deliver a SAFE WORKING PLACE for Health workers, the Mobile swabbing point for contactless testing, the possibilities are much bigger than originally expected.
The solution is unique not only in size 2100 x 1100 x 2400 mm but the fact that it delivers a mobile overpressure chamber in the form of a clean lab for the Healthcare and Medical workers.
“All contact between the examined person and the medical professional is through communication technology and direct contact between the examined person and the medical professional is thus prevented.
The swabbing is then performed via sampling gloves, which are also part of the examination wall.
The filter device, which blows air in through a HEPA filter creates an overpressure inside the CoroBox. Overpressure ensures that air cannot flow other than through the ventilation system.
CoroBoxes can ideally be connected in parallel, where one filter device can filter the air for multiple cells simultaneously. This significantly increases the swabbing capacity in one examination place. Up to three CoroBoxes can be connected to one unit”
The solution is not a dream, or product delivered from the table of an engineer, without any true knowledge of the processes and needs of the Medical staff, on the contrary. Despite the short development time all steps have been discussed with health professionals to deliver the most convenient and safe working environment.
The size of the solution allows, up to 12 units to be delivered with standard tilted trucks and loaded, unloaded, and manipulated with the use of standard forklift as well as crane manipulation is possible. The weight of 600 kg eliminates the need for any special technology.
The CoroBox is equipped with all that's needed for immediate start of operations on-site — electric connection, operation panels, lights, etc. After connection to the electric grid, the operation can start (fridge and computer are not part of the delivery)
The CoroBox deliver the testing possibilities to all places where needed, including public places, airports, bus and train stations, schools, stadiums, public building so as to hospitals and all that without the need of any construction works and delays.
As mentioned at the beginning of the article, the Czech people deliver result first, not a teaser, this is why the solution is already available with an average production capacity of 15 units per day in a starting phase. Custom made solutions lead time is one week.
What is important is the fact, that once CoroBox finished its function as SWABBING POINT it can be simply repurposed. There are unlimited possibilities from ice-cream stand, over the mobile office, mini library, up to mini-workshop for reairs of mobile phones or disinfection room or storage.
Just a few components have to be exchanged and new operations can start immediately.
It is not needed to consume the next large greenfields to create soon new brownfields. CoroBox can fit almost any space and deliver any purpose.
