INDUSTRY 5.0 LESSONS
EDUCATION, SYSTEMATIC APPROACH, DEDICATION, ENDURANCE, these are just a few of conditions of success.
INDUSTRY 5.0 does not only need but utilizes all of them in a way that wake-up and nourishes the desire for change and participation in the change.
SYSTEMATIC WASTE PREVENTION is a game-changing approach for all industries and it is not limited by company or business size, segment, or location.
After WAKING-UP it is needed to create and cultivate and I am happy my long-term business experience helps me to deliver both to others, starting from individuals, over the companies and corporations up to the size of whole nations.
Every successful keynote and the wake-up call is finished with the silence that came instead of the questions. The audience seems to me speechless and breathless at the same time. Few minutes before the storm.
The storm that is able to wipe away old habits and seed new ones for a better future for all. A storm that does not kill, but create and cultivate lives.
To do so, the next steps have to be done. Next steps after the first one called RECOGNIZE

They have to be undertaken in this order
From the very beginning, I know that education counts to the keys to success if applied the right way and in the right form. Not the university diploma or title is the sign of successful transformation, but the fact that everyone can talk to everyone, without fear, limitation, or anxiety.
Running workshops, delivering speeches, educating on all levels make it possible to prepare everyone for the change and journey that just started. Implementation support helps them to become the change.

The direct presence on site is not necessary during the education stage. The remote or distance WEBINARS and WORKSHOPS, so as the participation in ONLINE CONFERENCES and EVENTS deliver the same result. They open the mind of the people for change and this is important.
Only with an open mind, we should enter our work. Only so we can love our work.
Next what must follow is the implementation and this can be done by me or through some of the partners who have learned already this difficult job.

I just pre-recorded my keynote to the automotive industry and do believe all of the keynotes delivered will help to reach millions to deliver the WAKE-UP-CALL, the call that opens the mind for change.

Within two months' time, a quarter of million people learned about the existence of INDUSTRY 5.0 only from the delivered keynotes. It is one hundred times more than in the last 5 years and this is just the beginning of the change.
