There is only one way how to become INDUSTRY 5.0 partner and member, but there are many ways how to test if the principles defined work and what would be the real impact on the economy and environment.

One of the most frequently used ways is the application of INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING in a factory or company to see the benefits.

This type of project is standardized to increase efficiency and decrease the possibility of time and money are being wasted.

The timeline of the project spread from one to three months time. Within the project, not only analyze is done, but custom made strategy prepared and after approval applied to the selected segment or process.

Every step is documented visually, every stage reported.

During the INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING implementation projects, a core of waste prevention is being established within the existing organization which helps later on the implementation and expansion of the principles and methodology within the organization and frequently within the whole supply chain.

The cost related to the projects cover the time of the external supervisor and leader consisting of daily fee and travel expenses.

There is one more possibility to get the feeling related to the project and this is the participation of SUSTAINABILITY WORKSHOPS, which took 1–3 days and target various topics related to efficiency, innovations, sustainability and other topics.

INDUSTRY 5.0 is based on the same principles as INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING, which means on the principles of systematic waste and wasting prevention in four categories. All processes are scalable and can be transferred from one location to the other, which makes is one of the most efficient education and mind-changing projects available on the market.

All are based and connected to the real work environment and implemented directly on-site to deliver the possibility to see its impact not only by the members and employees directly involved, but by the whole crew, company members so as visitors, clients, suppliers.

BEFORE and AFTER evidence is the final proof so as the reduction the cost related to waste management and other operations which would be identified as inefficient and rated as one of the waste which needed to be prevented.
