On July 31st, 2020 I have published an article related to the NATIONAL IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY OF INDUSTRY 5.0 were listed the steps necessary to change the mindset of people and businesses on the national level.

Number three in the seven steps list say

Laws and Regulations being revised in line to prepare the changes or to rewrite them from scratch to eliminate the unsystematic, uncooperative approach included within decade and centuries and to deliver up-to-date legal framework reflecting the progress human and society achieved

To do so the specification of changes should be defined and this is why today's article is being prepared to be published in 14 days' time. It is necessary to skip the common habit of politicians and decisionmakers of setting goals too far ahead expecting to be no more taken in responsibility after the goals not reached and targets fulfilled.

We get used to Five, Ten, Thirty, and even Eighty years plans without even realizing they are wrong for those who said WE WILL SUCCEED will not be responsible anymore.

This direct me to the first advise:

  1. STOP PLANNING LONGER THAN RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DECISION MAKER

It does not cost anything, on the contrary, it will save a lot of money before they would be placed on or under the table. The decision-maker will have full responsibility for fulfillment. If any longer “project” would be approved, it must be divided into “TASKS” that can and must be fulfilled in the time when the decisionmaker makes his or her decisions.

2. CONNECT RIGHTS with FULL RESPONSIBILITY

Once again this will not cost anything if there would be the right contract prepared. I do not speak about the responsibility of the office, or function, or nation, no. I am speaking about one man´s own responsibility leading to the legitimate personal responsibility for the work he or she does. Including the financial responsibility if losses would be the result instead of profit or balanced approved budget.

3. CHANGE THE DEFINITION OF WASTE TO AVOID FOOD AND USEFUL ITEMS ENDS UP IN A GARBAGE

The waste industry defines waste as everything that is not needed. There is no dividing between food and steel, new and old, big and small. No material, no age, no shape define if the item becomes waste or not. The only truly defining factor is the mindset of people and businesses. In the last decades, the mindset turned wasteful and the only solution how to get out of the global landfill is to turn it wasteless. After we turn the mindset wasteless we would be able to stop accepting waste as standard and can start to ban and penalize the westing of useful items.

4. APPLY SAME RULES ACROSS ALL INDUSTRIES

One of the issues related to the volume of the generated waste is that industries get industry-related waste rules and regulations, which has set additional volumes to the list and it makes an exception to the standard. A great example is delivered by the construction industry which automatically rates all components from old building demolition or deconstruction as waste with no exception. No matter if the building was one or a hundred years old if equipped with new and fully functional doors, frames, windows, and much more. Very similar is it with food waste, waste in hospitals, and many other waste categories.

5. IMPLEMENT WASTELESS MINDSET INTO EDUCATION SYSTEM

Waste does not start with production. It does not start with the transformation of crude oil to plastic. And it even does not start with the purchase in a shopping mall. In fact, WASTE starts in the human mind. The mind that is so easy to trick. It is enough we put the word SALE and big red letters in the shopping window and the sales increase, no matter what the real price. It is enough we do not see RETURNABLE on the box and we throw it away after first use. It is enough we hear someone will clean up the mess and we will keeping make it day and night.

These are examples of how the human mind was manipulated from wasteless to WASTEFUL and it gives us the possibility to turn in back to WASTELESS utilizing education on all levels as a starting point.

6. STOP SUBVENCING, FUNDING, AND FINANCING OF WASTE INDUSTRY

I am serious. I call for immediate stop of financing waste industry “development” activities and instead of that to pay just for the delivered results and service provided. The reason for this call is the picture waste industry delivered in the last 30 years. It shows us a landfill into which the planet turned because of trusting the wrong people. People for whom TRASH IS TREASURE and this is why they do all that is possible to have more TRASH and more PROFIT. RECYCLING IS A LIE, funded by billions within the years turning the innocent mindsets into wasteful ones.

We can call “WE DONT HAVE TIME”

and strike every FRIDAYS FOR FUTURE

run next COP´s, DAVOS, sign PROTOCOLS, and AGREEMENTS but all of this makes WASTING bigger and stronger.

All this can end and the change can start to happen. It can start today, we do not have to wait for tomorrow. How do I know? I started seven years ago, from scratch, from nothing, because nobody even realized that waste can be prevented to happen on an industrial scale, but the very opposite prove it can be done.

ONE MILLION TONs OF PRODUCTS DID NOT BECOME WASTE AS RESULT OF ONE MAN WORK. DO YOU KNOW WHAT ONE MILLION HUMANS WILL ACHIEVE?

Let us work together, it was enough talking
