INDUSTRY 5.0: FROM PRODUCT TO PRODUCT

All products have been made from other products and all components survived their own death by ages.

Take the most popular chair, made from the cardboard cores from stretch foil and 7layer cardboard, both served originally as the single-use packaging and will probably land on landfills.

The “productive” life of both was counted in days, the unproductive (storage, transport, manipulation) in weeks. The Chair was constructed and installed in my WorkPlace in the first half of 2016, four years ago.

This means, if we overestimate the primary productive life to 10 days, we will speak about 1460 days of the secondary productive life.

ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY-SIX TIME LONGER and it does not seem it should end-up soon.

This was achieved without the WASTE STAGE

Thanks to INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING, waste was prevented before it happened, just by repurposing the original product in an unusual way.

From single-use to longevity

You may wonder why such strong, durable, and longlasting products end up landfills. The answer is connected to the setup of the “modern age economy” based on production volumes.

The production facilities are built to deliver one product or product category each, which results in a big number of factories producing an even bigger number of products in a long, almost never-ending production stream. Three shifts are no exception.

All that to “cover market demand” which unfortunately for a long time does not reflect the reality, but the business plans of shops and trade houses, including retail chains, e-commerce, and many more.

INDUSTRY 5.0 does change the view

It set once again MEQ in the center, considering the whole picture and processing all global data in harmony with data from other segments and industries, so as the meteo, physical others.

Billions have been invested in waste industry and circular economy

Billions have been wasted in supporting the wasteful environment

In 2020 it is time to change the direction from WASTEFUL to WASTELESS and I hope the number of supporters will grow and benefit from the mutual collaboration which has only one aim

TO BUILD WASTELESS WORLD, THE WORLD WITHOUT WASTE AND WASTING IN ALL ITS FORMS

I do believe the mutual cooperation with companies like XENON ARC or people like HUGH CHING and many others will deliver the result. It will not come from alone, for we have to change the mindset of people and businesses, but step by step we will recreate the BLUE MARBLE ONCE AGAIN

May 2020 marked a new horizon in the global distribution of INDUSTRY 5.0

Why?
