Preparing INDUSTRY 5.0 for the Japanese round table I remembered two names I introduced many years ago.

H2H & H4H

The first one means HUMAN TO HUMAN

The second means HUMAN FOR HUMAN

Today I have recognized there is more hidden behind

HEART TO HEART and HEART FOR HEART

This seems to be the secret of INDUSTRY 5.0 success. Because the heart is one of the human body which works independently on owners decision and if he or she get the right message, the heart lead the decision nd not the brain.

After many of my keynote speeches I have heard following words

“YOU MOVED MY HEART” or “MY HEART STOP BEATING, YOU CHANGED THE WAY I SEE THE WORLD”

During my life I met many people on my way. During 23 years of my professional carreer I my business network reached to thousand. After seven years as entrepreneur and business owner ten times more and with every single speech and meeting more and more come reaching the size of big city.

Despite the fact media, including the social ones try to let us understand leadership as ability to generate profit and be rich, financial rich. This is what is different from the past, because in the past the true value was understand different.

If we look back in time, we frequently do not remember the rich ones, but the ones who left behind more than full bank account.

I am sure if you hear the names MAHATHMA GHANDI, MOTHER THERESA, LEONARDO DA VINCI, MICHELANGELO BUONARROTI, WOLFGANG AMADEUS MOZART, MARTIN LUTHER KING, LAO´C and many others. What you see if you hear the names?

Do you see the volume of money collected or do you see something what move your heart?

When I hear them I dont see money

I see results, feel e-motions, images are in front of my eyes and all the time my heart beats different.

Never in my life I try to have more than the others, if you dont count more work, more information, more items to learn and more books I read. Being born to the family of the kindergarten teacher and the miner in Czechoslovak Socialist republic the overflow of items does not counts to my daily life. This is maybe one of the reasons why I never become fan of wasting. My toys are in my parents room until these days and my wooden flute is with me more than fourty years already and that counts.

I was never living on a clouds, but stands with my legs on the ground and this will not change. It tooks me long until I realized that something is wrong with the environment I work and it is so obvious that nobody notices and wasting become standard part of our work and life.

I have ot wake up first to be able to wake up others and I hope I do it right, speaking to people´s hearts instead of their vaults, and pockets filled with money. Not the money, but the hands will build the future and trust me those most stressed and tired can do it much better than those who let others to the work for them staying far away from the physical dirty work.
