Greta Thunberg World Tour

Just two days ago have Greta Thunberg arrived on a private ship to New York. Her trip took 14 days and was done at the same time when one of the airlines starts testing the longest single passenger flight from London to Sydney. It should take 19 hours.

The next day after arrival glorified by media, she already joins the protesters in from of the UN Headquarter in NYC. The place which she will 24 days later, hold her speech.

Greta Thunberg is 16 years old.

For eight months she is in the media spotlight

Firstly because she sat in silence on the stairs of a public building with a sign protesting against climate change.

Later because of her speeches covered by media.

She speaks to people who will not speak to her because she was INVISIBLE

This changed and it has a reason.

Unfortunately, the reason is not CLIMATE CHANGE

The reasons are different.

The first one is the impossibility to refuse GRETA THUNBERG presence. She is a girl. She is (from the medical point of view) not healthy.

The second is that she is drunk with the power

The glass of popularity is being refilled permanently and GRETA THUNBERG enjoys the VISIBILITY. For the first time in her life being noticed.

She travels around the world and protests against climate change. Her father and photographer with her. Frequently media people along.

But there is something missing

Try the same as I did and input the name GRETA THUNBERG into google search machine. If you switch to images, you will get probably a very similar picture to the one I shared above.

There are ten thousands of images showing a smiling or sad girl alone, or standing or sitting in the crowd, silent or speaking to the crowd.

I have not found any single one different.

There are no images of a girl playing, being with family, learning, being with friends. Nothing at all.

There are no images showing how GRETA THUNBERG herself protect climate change. Does she change her behavior of the past to be more friendly today?

Being UNNOTICED is nothing special, many are, but this does not mean we feel not our work is not important. We do it and after we finish, we present the result.

GRETA THUNBERG work was already delivered month ago — SHE WOKE UP THE INTEREST FOR CLIMATE CHANGE, but what next?

Many people all around the world follow up her action and protest.

Being completely unaware of the fact that Protests for Protests generates just Protests.

People in Manchester, UK, delivered a boat to the city center to block it from cars. They delivered it by car and let the thousands of other cars spend five times more time in the streets of the city they are “protecting”

The peoples and GIANTS which did not notice GRETA THUNBERG before woke up and like the action of the young girl because she did exactly what they need — nothing, then speaking.

Since the “awareness” of CLIMATE CHANGE grow, thanks to GRETA THUNBERG acting, very few have time to watch the real results of work delivered by people who work first and speak about it later.

I hope my article and waste preventing work will help to understand what is our home.
