GHAR-AGE ACADEMY
The life of the GHAR-AGE academy begun shortly before the end of 2020. As described in one of the previous posts, the GHAR-AGE 365 concept was developed in cooperation with SHIV RAO CHALLA the founder of 3R ZERO WASTE India. A small company with a big vision to CLEAN INDIA.
The name of the academy consists of two words representing two nations and languages. GHAR represents India and Hindi language and means HOME and AGE represent many English speaking countries and represents TIME (AGE). Together they do represent the tool of systematic waste prevention in the three categories of waste recognized by INDUSTRY 5.0 - SOCIAL WASTE, URBAN WASTE, and PROCESS WASTE.
Same as many others before are the waste prevention knowledge which should be shared and spread and to do so, it has to become part of the education system and this is why GHAR-AGE ACADEMY is being prepared to be launched in 2021 and not only in India.
Unlike many others, the GHAR-AGE ACADEMY is not here to educate just one age group, or one gender or one segment or topic and it is not to let one speak to many who just listen to repeat later the words they have heard. Nothing like that. INDUSTRY 5.0 is changing all segments and industries and education is not the exception.
In GHAR-AGE ACADEMY all age groups will meet. Young ones meet the older ones, seniors meet juniors. They don't have to go to one classroom, they can do it in front of their computers, tablets, mobile phones, and smart TVs.
All come not just to listen, but to speak.

All come to learn how to speak the language of efficiency understandable to all. They came to learn how to prevent all waste to happen. How not to waste the time of others and the time of their own. And all came to share their own experience and knowledge from which others can learn.
TRANSPARENCY-PROFIT SHARING-EFFICIENCY
Long lost stones of humanity would be found and nourished again in the GHAR-AGE academy worldwide. Nations and Borders disappear and what will remain is the HUMAN TO HUMAN (H2H) and HUMAN FOR HUMAN (H4H) interaction which projected in the business life will become part of the Business environment as well (H4B, B4H) so as of the global sustainable development.
GHAR-AGE ACADEMY does not have 17 SDG GOALS on the walls.
It has no walls.
It has just one goal, THE WASTELESS WORLD
To Achieve that the GHAR-AGE ACADEMY education system does not grow the components, but HUMAN BEINGS, people who valuate one and only title HUMAN.
HUMANS who understand that the future can be built by hands, not by empty promises, words, and never-ending strikes that generates nothing than a strike.
