FROM GARAGE TO GHAR-AGE
If you look at the history of companies like MICROSOFT, APPLE, AMAZON, ALIBABA or GOOGLE, so as to at many more throughout of history, you will find they have started in GARAGES and before cars invented, in Barns and small rooms and despite that they grow up to the size of GIANTS, which will never fit in the original space again.
Many deliver the image of a GARAGE in every presentation to encourage others to do similar but at the same time they shame.
ELON MUSK may sleep in the meeting rooms of his factories during his visits not understanding that one of the richest men in the world does not deliver a good example to his employees because in Factory came the man and women to work, not to sleep.
Two years ago I wrote and published an article related to the empty office building in the cities. It was two years before COVID-19 and the lack of the right political strategy emptied many more killing businesses and entrepreneurs in thousands every single day.
We have stepped in 2021 with a large number of new ON-THE-GROUND-MINES
We enter the YEAR OF RECOVERY with potential which was never there before and it is up to us, up to every single man, woman, child, and business if we utilize it or waste it.
We have learned that we can not trust politicians and decision-makers who never started in garages but from a very early age prepare for a career in politics by delivering promises, not solutions or results. There is none or just very few who started the career at the garage, if not starting one of the cars just received from parents or sponsors or lobbyists later.
In contrary to them, many entrepreneurs and employees started their careers even without the garage doing the second step after the first was done. Same with me, same with SHIV, same with many.
In one of the regular meetings I have with SHIV, he came back to my article and words about the temporary empty spaces, and he has described how he imagines his own factory to work soon. According to my knowledge, it will be the first business owner in the world who will run a business facility and from the very first moment share his space and equipment with others, not only employees.
When discussing we realized the name is missing
We found one
GHAR-AGE
It is the combination of two words in two languages Hindi and English
The first part means HOME
The second means TIME
Both together create new expression and I am sure it would become an important part of INDUSTRY 5.0. It would be more than just a simple tool for one only segment or industry.
Already we know that GHAR-AGE would be not only a FACTORY, but ACADEMY as well. It would connect humans of all ages young and wise ones, because together they will achieve a lot. If we connect the power and energy of the young ones and the experience of the people who collected experience during many years of their lives the result would be best we can achieve.
The rich one try to be from their GARAGE and beginnings as far as possible, looking to be rich instead.
In INDUSTRY 5.0 we go into the very opposite direction FROM VIRTUAL TO PHYSICAL and this is why our GHAR-AGE was created and will grow, not in one and only location but world wide. GHAR-AGE would represent the IBCSD WERKS defined already back in 2014 being important part of the global network of INDUSTRY 5.0.
