Most of us have five fingers on one hand and the same number on the other. It has its reason. We can hold things. We can carry and grasp. Our thumb is a great companion despite the fact it stays on the opposite side to all the rest.

Same to learning to be one with time, we should learn to cut the addiction to digital technology and avoid the click-bites of the touch screen.

even small children can count to five without the need for a calculator, using just their fingers. The same can seniors do. Well-educated and Not educated using their fingers can count the same. No one is left behind.

There is a second reason. Everyone who “SWIPE” or “SCROLL” can easily test and I am sure many would be surprised how hard it will be. When you get it in your blood and routine you will love it, because you will FIND TIME FOR MEANINGFUL WORK

You will love, what the content provider will hate because you will reduce their profits linked to your user behavior.
