EX PERT(S)
On May 12, 2024, I was listening to the webinar of A researcher who was promoted as an INDUSTRY 5.0 EXPERT, he accepted the title despite acknowledging he does not know much about INDUSTRY 5.0. You can find his webinar in the INDUSTRY 5.0 NEWSLETTER of that week.
For a long time, I am watching and listening to similar videos and audio events, reading research and academic papers dedicated to INDUSTRY 5.0 having no connection or relation to INDUSTRY 5.0 ORIGIN or PRINCIPLES.
Today I decided to look at the term “PERT” and I have maybe found the answer why it is so.
Everyone know, what “EX” means having EX relations or friendships behind
But “PERT” was a new term to me
You look at the help (translation) delivered by GOOGLE
- PERT means ZOUFALÝ = DESPERATE
- PERT means SMĚLÝ = BOLD
- PERT means DRZÝ = CHEEKY
With these, the term EXPERT got a very different meaning
I never called myself an expert, not even in INDUSTRY 5.0 which I developed, launched, and led the implementation of its principles since 2013 already, I am just a simple man with a simple aim

TRANSPARENCY -PROFIT SHARING and EFFICIENCY
are the principles of INDUSTRY 5.0
The EXPERT(s) I mean are those who speak first without knowing. They can work well with words (some), they have great titles (most), they have been assigned in roles that all must be “scared” of (in some way)
but they have no idea about INDUSTRY 5.0 and they have no intention to change that.
Take PETER DROEL, the expert and head of the EUROPEAN COMMISSION important department. He knows that the term INDUSTRY 5.0 was hijacked, but he decided to ignore the original because he is being paid for spreading the FAKE. So he does that for years enjoying his salary and bonuses until he resigns to enjoy his pension for serving long to GIANT.
The issue is that the EXPERTS mentioned above turn its EXPERT ROLE into money, they do not care WHAT, but HOW MUCH. They do not care for whom as long as the payer pays well, they will deliver.
They do not sell their knowledge but frequently other people know-how, just change the name in the header. They are frequently so lazy that they keep words, terms, and sentences unchanged considering nobody finds out.
From being DESPERATE become BOLD and CHEEKY
They are a lot, just not EXPERTS in the original meaning of the term

Be careful who you believe and who you let advise your Child, Company, or Government it may be EX PERT who will just spoil and waste the time and money of others to gain personal profit for him or her, but will not deliver anything else
