DESINCAR is COMMING
The pandemic state of emergency does request many to talk about needs, asking for help, following the orders. Some, like me, mobilize the knowledge and know-how to help, instead of waiting for the next ban to come.
After almost a year of supporting the DRYFOG FIREFIGHTING project, not only the registration and launch of the technology for firefighting purposes was achieved, but the secondary application, which seems to be immediately the primary one, took place, I named it DESINFOG and everyone adopts the name fast.
After the adoption of the technology, successful tests and delivered results, the technology starts to deliver its output globally helping to overcome the spread and uncontrolled pandemic, by reducing the number of infected spaces, places, and products.
In this environment, the next project was born in my head utilizing existing in a no-existing way, DESINCAR was delivered.
DESINCAR is the technology serving for Outer and Inner disinfection of cars and vehicles by modifying already existing technology by adding new functionality.
DESINCAR consists of two parts
The first one serves for car body disinfection
The second one serves for car interior disinfection
Both in one process, taking less than 5 minutes to be realized leaving the car infection-free.
My intention is to use two of the ON-THE-GROUND-MINES, combine them, and create solutions accessible to all and everyone, applicable with no delay worldwide.
DESINCAR is a technology of utilizing existing CARWASH stations of all types and sizes, for application of disinfection on the exterior so as to the interior of the cars, busses, and trucks.
The exterior would be disinfected with the use of polymer disinfection. The disinfection would be applied at the end of the washing and drying process leaving the whole body of the car covered with infection resistant and protective coating. The coating is being sprayed, which means the current and existing system of nozzles and technology can be applied just the source of the material (liquid disinfection) would be the newly installed tank. The application can be done in manual car washing stations and systems as well.
No driver inside recommended
The disinfection is water-based. Its function is to eliminate all existing infection from the car body at the moment of application. The protection layer will be torn off or washed with rain. It is harmless to the environment so as the car body.
The interior would be disinfected with the use of DESINFOG, POLYMERE DISINFECTION or OZONE generation technologies, depending on the equipment and needs of the user. The interior disinfection technology would be placed inside the car body before the start of the exterior disinfection process and will deliver cleaning substances within the scope of time dedicated to the exterior to be cleaned. The process would be timed in line with the size of the inner space to avoid over or under-dosing of the disinfection media
We recommend drivers the purchase of a small dose of the polymer disinfection in the sprayer form to provide temporary maintenance of the vehicle interior. The polymer disinfection holds up to 3 weeks in the interior.
With the DESINCAR technology, would in every participating WASH STATION the car not only cleaned but disinfected from outside, so as inside, delivering the owner infection-free environment.
It is recommended to repeat the process every 10–14 days.
DESINFOG and DESINCAR are not the only pandemic relief projects and technologies I am working on and hope I would be able to deliver next soon by utilizing next ON-THE-GROUND-MINES same as described in the principles of INDUSTRY 5.0 and INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING.
