The thought used in the name of the article to me when I saw the image of Prince Charles and Greta Thunberg meeting at the DAVOS 2020 conference. He presented the Ten Point Plan for a sustainable economy.

I just wonder if this is the new Father-Son Challenge in a Royal Family

Hard to say, The EARTHSHOT PRIZE lost a month already, but I have discovered a similarity between both sustainable promotions

None of them starts with the words

“I WILL”

Same as many other speeches and promises and plans delivered in DAVOS, same as on sustainability and circular economy conferences, the speakers and organizations do not speak about them, they speak about others, who should do.

Same for FRIDAY FOR FUTURE, EXTENTION REBELLION, GREENPEACE and many others who call

YOU SHOULD CHANGE

YOU SHOULD SAVE OUR FUTURE

YOU MUST INVEST

They are speaking about YOU, not about themself

There are many who blame me for using “I” and “ME” too frequently, but who else should do, if not me. Who should be the first to try, to work, to bleed, to breathe, to drink, to spend? It must be me, because if I tried and succeed I can share own experience and inspire others to follow.

Recently I have read an interesting article about young inventors, about talented children who invented great inventions which can help humans and nature. All of them received prices and awards and despite the fact some of the inventions are almost decade old, none is available to the public.

The question is why?

Maybe it is the reason simply the fact that it is easy to buy somebody´s else idea and hide in a closet, behind closed doors to prevent it leaked out and deliver results at the wrong time.

At DAVOS are meeting the rich ones to share the cake

Not with the poor ones, they just pay for it, bake it, serve it and clean it and maybe can taste the remains on the plates.

I do believe the world would change, but firstly the sentences have to begin with “I” not YOU

My name is Michael Rada and I do change the world by preventing waste happens.
