CONTINUOUS CHANGE

When I joined the business life, I was a steel factory worker. We aimed to do our work best, and strictly follow the instructions written on the wall fifty years ago. The job was very hard, physically, but that was not the reason why I left. It was the feeling that my brain shrinks having nothing to do. It moved me to do a GUIDE LICENCE after work and I promised myself to do everything possible I could, not feel the brain shrinking feeling again and I kept my promise

Later on, being in managerial roles I learned about CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, especially for the Japanese corporation I worked for was so important, that it became or should become part of company culture, but does not.

Many companies and organizations aim for CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT without realizing that nothing grows forever because it grows till its end.

When I saw the article which screenshot I used as the header image

I realized the author refers to INDUSTRY 5.0

and find out that he does not understand the principles of INDUSTRY 5.0 despite referring to the principles of INDUSTRY 5.0

It is a great example of how the CHAIN OF BAD COMMANDS work

INDUSTRY 5.0 does not represent the next tool for continuous improvement, but the first of CONTINUOUS CHANGE, the same the only role model INDUSTRY 5.0 presents every single day.

The role model has a beautiful name “NATURE”

Only the ECONOMY-based SOCIETY can turn love for work into hate and slavery. Instead of producing valuable and unique products which every single one will be different from the other, we run mass production producing in one day not one but thousands or millions of products. We produce to waste, strategy adopted from the most profitable industry in the world, the WAR INDUSTRY

Sell weapons and ammunition to attackers, only so you will be able to sell five times more expensive the same weapons and ammunition to defenders

This was a CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

this is what broke the global economy the neck, not COVID

The CONTINUOUS CHANGE is hard to disturb because you live and work with the full understanding that tomorrow will not be the same as today.

Instead of UNIFORMS and UNIFORMITY the scalability of variations, products, and technologies will be delivered every single day.

I just wonder when the first ISO and STANDARDIZATION experts came up with the idea to standardize the change, the same as they try to standardize the innovations.

INDUSTRY 5.0 is the EVOLUTION

Once started it can not be finished just by paying more to the soldiers that hold the guns like in REVOLUTION times.

This is what INDUSTRY 5.0 represents and this is the reason why the SYSTEM MAKERS, CONTROLLERS, and SUPERVISORS mislead the audience by trying to turn LIES into the TRUTH by repeating it again and again and again using billions to succeed

Have a nice time free of waste and wasting in all its forms, stay safe and free, and BE THE CHANGE
