AIM RESULT NOT REWARD
These words have been spoken by me in a reaction to the comment to one of my LINKEDIN POST. It was a reflection of the words of one of the valuable members of my professional network Mrs. Elena Lazarovskaya a business leader, wife, and mother with rich experience in many fields of business and life.
AIMING RESULT NOT REWARD
this is what I and many do, but we are being ignored and pushed back by those who ask for reward and money first without delivering any results. The whole Incentive and funding business are set wrongly not reflecting the logic, but the money-making strategy.
On December 8th, 2020 I have published the next of INDUSTRY 5.0 keynotes delivering insight into the changes of BAnking and Economy systems in the age of INDUSTRY 5.0
Three days later follow the CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
All indicate how to reach the results because if applicable the money in form of reward will follow.
Since the introduction of INDUSTRIAL UPCYCLING in 2013 until 2019 I have had altogether 4 meetings with investors who accepted my offer to present my work considering investment (none realized)
In 2020 the number of investors reaches 20, this time not only CZECH but the US, INDIAN, GERMAN, BRITISH, and others get in touch with me. The situation changed. Instead of me, it was the investors and the investor's groups who came to me asking me for details and possibilities of cooperation.
Instead of INVESTOR´S PITCH, I delivered STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP KEYNOTE leaving it up to them to decide if the size of the impact is what they expect.
I have decided to upload the keynote to the rest, just choose the day to be right, because it indicates the RECOVERY of the system.
On my hand, you can see the result of my work, Christmas mini cakes made from the on the ground mines the way nobody expected to be possible, but the taste, the taste reminds not of one, but two sweet dreams waking child inside everyone who tastes it.
